At the moment there isn't a dance sub forum, but in tribute to my drummers and singers I will post this video here for now.
I was a professional dancer for many years, not many of my performance have made their way online, (I actually prefer to fly under the radar online) But it was inevitable that one of my performances would eventually make it's way to Youtube. The film quality is pretty bad, I apologize in advance for that, and whoever was recording left me out of half of it. But I'm okay with it.
I hope you enjoy, I am the dancer who starts on the right of the screen and ends up on the left.

I have never seen anything like that before, It was beautiful and mesmerizing! What tribe and clan are you from? And yes I know there isn't a dance sub forum and I would really like to add one specificly for this exact reason. Do you still dance?

I am actually not Native American, though I don't belong to any one specific tribe, I have been welcomed and adopted by the Pow-wow circuit and Native American community and have been called half bread. Some friends think its an insulting name, I take pride in it, as a sign that They love what I do in helping them keep their culture alive and have welcomed me into it.
I still dance, but I really don't dance professionally anymore. I mostly just do it for fun from time to time.

I've seen this done before, its quite impressive, and though I was never really a pro, I have danced with fire a time or two myself. * No vids, sorry* Very cool to see ths cookie. And a dance forum would be cool.

reminds me of what some cybergoths do with small light balls or cups of buring I unno what. I wish I had a proper example but the only vid I know it's in has it for maybe 20 secs in total
I suppose this also requires quite a bit of practice so you don't burn yourself like what I mentioned above??

Lots of practice, and I have burnt myself a few times, so far nothing worse than a 1st degree burn, but one of my friends who used to do the dance as well suffered 3rd degree burns doing this dance, it is very dangerous, so the bottom line is...
Kids, don't try this at home.

Kids, don't try this at home. 3rd degree burns are incredibly ugly... damn First Aid education >.> But I'm not going to try this at home... I'd rather keep to the safe practice of pencil drawings =O besides I'm too clumsy to even try >.>
