[u]Chopstick/Beads:[/u] The light silver of the antlers for the chopstick, and probably black for the beads. If the collar is light silver, can the chopstick be blue with the green 'dust' like his hair?

I'd prefer he'd have scales over his body as well, in a saddle pattern, like the Kirin in the third ref. Scales that don't reach all the way down his legs or over his cheeks I mean, they're just on parts of the body, mainly the 'top' parts.

He only has two colors, a dark, graphite kind of gray (near black) and an eye-searing green. Pretty much what you see is what you get on the ref.

Cat ears and tail, cheetah style. So the ears are more rounded rather than point, and the tail is very long with a slight flare at the tip.
If you can, could you flare out the fur going down his neck? Not really a mane, more just like some longer fur that's being unruly. It would probably stick up right above his collar. The second ref might help with what I mean x3

If you could tweak his expression just a bit to make him look more serious, even bordering on angry would be alright. Just a very serious natured character.
