That aside, I don't see a problem with your inexperience in a one on one role play, role playing experience is role playing experience regardless of the numbers. Plus, I would be honored to be your "1x1" first! The romance inexperience is nothing either, the role play doesn't have to do anything with romance if you feel uncomfortable with it or if you just simply do not wish there to be any. As I've stated before, romance is a given, but that is because I have been asked more frequently for romance based role plays so I am more inclined to it, but that does not mean I absolutely need it in a role play.

Realism is of no problem to me, that we can have if we do happen to begin a session. Regrettably, I must say I do not have many ideas myself; however, I have been wanting to base a session around songs or a simple lyric within one. Perhaps the concept might interest you?

If you do happen to have an idea at any point, I would love to read it; big or small.

Before I get all hasty with all this, I would indeed like to view a sample of your role playing. As will I provide one in return if you so wish it?

I have a few actually, some I actually have a plot that may go with it, some I have a faint idea of what I want or just simply like the lyrics enough to want a role play out of them but not having the faintest idea of what it could be. I'll put them last.

I enjoyed the read, certainly the kind of partner I am looking for. Here is my most recent, and still on going, sample. Do not fret if the length seems a bit much in spots, I don't always post so much since it is time consuming to do so from my phone (which, with my schedule, is my only way I can post sometimes); however, I don't normally post any less than three paragraphs, two if I am really stuck.

Now, as for my ideas, here they are:

Kill Kill Kill! by The Pierces►Morbid/Murder/Romance?

Plot idea: (x) is a man, stunning in every way and naturally good with women. (y) is a woman, also stunning, could get any man she wanted with a snap of her finger at the club, at least, that's what she thought. On one fateful night, one that would change both (x) and (y)'s life, (y) spots the young man (doesn't have to be the club) and approaches with her casual charm, but (x) doesn't fall for her false front, finding her to "not be his type." Not wanting to admit defeat yet, she begins to watch him from afar, taking "notes." Again he denies her, even after all the effort she put into pleasing him. Devastated, she admits defeat but finds she can't rid herself of the thought of him and how he just brushed her off like nothing. (y) goes out for one more shot at (x), but to her dismay, he is with another girl. (y) is driven insane by the idea of this other woman having what she couldn't and hatches a plan. ➔➔ Alright, from there the plot can be manipulated in many different ways, but the general idea is that she gets rid of the other girl somehow, killing/binding/something, and takes her identity pretty much. It's a more twisted story than I normally play, but it seemed interesting enough. Of course the characters can be flipped, the guy could be the rejected and the girl be the one stalked. If you have any ideas/changes you have for the plot, I would be glad to hear them.

Slaying the Dreamer by Nightwish►Rebellion/Action/Religion

Plot idea: In an age where a single religion rules over all and overrules all other thoughts and actions, there are some that lay low below the surface, taking cover as just another lot of worshipers. They are few, not even growing, but they wish to save everyone else and open their eyes to the possibilities that the 'church' has blinded them of.➔➔ Again, any ideas or changes are welcomed with open arms.

Sell Your Soul by Hollywood Undead►???

Plot idea: One of those songs that seems like it could have role playing potential but draws me a blank when I look at the lyrics.

I had a few others, but they are nearly pure romance based so I decided against them.They aren't much, but that's pretty much all I have at the moment. If you have any ideas for the songs, even if they are nothing like the plots I have, then do go ahead and put them or even if you have a few songs and/or plots, I wouldn't mind having a gander.

If length ever does become an issue though, just say so and I will adjust to your request.


It would more than likely be a short term role play since it is rather narrow, probably not one you would wish to participate in if you were looking for a long term one.


I also like this one for its vastness as well. I haven't done one quite like this one either, so that makes it just that more appealing to me. Perhaps this one then?


This one is interesting too, very deep in meaning too, even in its generality. When I read your take on the song, I immediately thought of a group (or two kids) setting off from home to try to better themselves by showcasing their 'talents' in someway, but no matter how far they get or how famous they become, they can only recollect the simple times back home and imagine it as bliss. I've done a few role plays similar, not exact, before, so the appeal is slim. The idea is still interesting nonetheless though.


The beginning of this sounds like a role play plot I created and had been trying to find someone to try it out with, but it is more romance based, so I won't put it, but it is another I have much interest in and wouldn't mind trying.

I also apologize for my sudden absence, I had offline life issues that unfortunately couldn't have been avoided.

Well, let's see here. Perhaps we could start with some general questions that might help to collaborate an answer for. Questions like;

What time period should this be based around?
Should this be a futuristic time, though futuristic does not always mean that everything is highly advanced, it could be a time where things reverted back to old ways also, perhaps some indications that it is indeed the future; however, not exactly floating cars and casual space travel. Could have some fancy robotics, like mechanized birds or robotic upholders of the 'holy' rule. Or, it could be a part of a past where a land is entirely ran off of religion and the common tortures of the past are in existence. I would suggest present, but I find little fun in present day scenes.


What should the setting be like?
This pretty much goes hand-in-hand with the first question, but could go a bit more in-depth about the location, the surroundings, the surrounding area and how the weather is on an average basis. The surroundings could also include the buildings that exist, the land formations, and whatever else our characters will "witness with their own eyes."

What conflicts do we want?
And how will we go about putting them in action? Of course we don't want anything too soon, they are in hiding and are trying to keep themselves unknown to the holy order. They could be on a mission to dig up some dirt on the 'church' and try to convince people to follow them rather than the holy order, in absolute secret, perhaps disguised in some way. There could be some time when there are executions held that maybe they can't hold themselves back from, or get caught from time to time in certain acts against the holy order or just a suspicion they conjure in others minds that might not exactly be led to a rebellion against the holy order.

from questions like that we should be able to figure out most of what we need to, to begin the role play, maybe give rise to more questions we may have that will aid us in the story.

First off, I'm so sorry. I know I just kinda disappeared off the face of the earth without saying anything. Some not-so-good stuff has been going on, etc. etc. I know that's not an excuse for not at the very least telling you, and I'm sorry.

If you're still up for it and still willing to deal with me, we could pick up where we left off. Things are looking way up on my end, so I don't see myself poofing again. Totally your call.
