Background: The son of a siren and an elf, Pietr has been known to help human miners out when mines are said to have run dry. He is not in any group, but is merely a citizen. Secretly, he is the leader of a group of rebels that wish to expose the three superpowers' secrets to the public, yet have not done any major operations as of yet. His father is no longer alive, and Pietr has never met his mother, but reads about her in his father's journals.
City of Origin: Phlare
Powers: Pietr can condense elements (as in the periodic table) into any shape he desires, as long as the element is pure. EXAMPLE: He can bring elements from the ground up to the surface, but he cannot bring dirt or water up.
Weaponry(optional): A single dagger.
