Passive:
Abnormal strength mixed with enhanced speed and ability. She has the ability to rapidly heal herself in time with either consuming blood or just resting.
Optic Illusion
A pure natural for the arts of creating images and illusions out of thin air. Whether it be a distraction towards the foe or to merely inflict fear. The joy this one gets with using this ability is far greater than her combative skills.
Paralyzing Fangs
With an infliction to her victims, the ability to stun or sedate her enemies with the toxin of her fangs are entirely strong and painful. It's like a red-back spider's venom mixed with a wasp's bite. Both excruciating to the feeling and repeatedly irritating to the skin. Anyone lesser than her species can potentially die from the bite if she remains latched on for too long. That being said, the venom isn't always inflicted nor needed at times.

Weaknesses:
The dripping ooze of blood being exposed can leave this one's judgment impaired. This can lead to dire confrontations and even death if she isn't careful. Alongside this, cuteness just makes this one giddy with awe.

With such a set of strings loosened and chains broken over time, Luna is not even an inch closer to sanity. She's an untamed creature that thrives on dark humor and tears. She takes pride in acting cold, cruel incredibly sadistic. She feels no remorse for the victims she has taken nor cares how much anger is shown from her end. Physically, she's fine but mentally... let's just say she wasn't raised right.
Your Story:
With a life filled with horror and distress, Luna's memories of her past have never been pleasant. She was raised in the gutter of a sewer by her mother. Pushed around by her friends at a much younger age and fed off of whenever her mum is hungry. She had been living in a constant state of fear of the world by the teachings of her parent who wished to break the girl. With the teachings of being touched or thrown around. Or merely being used as an energy release from her mother. Life for this broken down then remade girl has easily given access to a mind-forged in time. Did she hate her mother for doing this to her? Not particularly. It's hard to hate something that despite such darkened horrors, had also protected her and gave her life. It's sad to know that someone with a smile so wide and thick with terror, could have a past so horrific and painful. It's probably why she laughs and dances all the time.

Due to being a vampire, Selene posses enhanced senses (better vision, smell, hearing, ect.), as well as enhanced speed, agility, beauty, and strength. She never ages on a physical level due to immortality, and can heal faster with time or by consuming blood. Her teeth (fangs) are also much sharper that that of a human.
Bat Transformation:
Like the vampires that are in many stories and folklore, Selene has the classic ability to be able to take on the form of a bat. She can do this in order to blend in, or to fly. While in this form, Selene can communicate telepathically if she wishes to, but most of the time she just uses this form as a camouflage of sorts.
Cryokinesis:
Selene was born with the ability to manipulate the element of ice. She can create ice by drawing from the moisture that is in the air, and can utilize it to create thick projectiles, molds, or slopes. In addition, Selene can also create snowy weather conditions over a few feet of land from wherever she is standing (A room for example).
Strengths:

Growing up in a privileged family, she never really had much to struggle with. Selene was granted entry into the best academies, and thrown the most extravagant of dances in her family's manor. She was not always a vampire. In fact, her birth family was a human one. But as far as humans went, the Vladonne family went back into centuries of wealth, believed to even have distant ties to royalty.
Because of this, they were resented. They never shared their wealth, yet they owned most of the land. On Christmas Eve, the family was residing in their private chalet up in the mountains. Selene had stepped outside, merely to enjoy the night, cold as it was. An old friend of her's appeared, a certain friend that had been betrayed from her family, and left penniless. Selene had always felt guilt over this, but she was overjoyed to see her friend again... Though she couldn't help but notice that something seemed different about them.
That night, Selene was bit, and left outside in the cold. The next morning, when her body was discovered cold and frozen over, she was presumed dead. At Selene's own funeral, when she awoke to the horror of both the guests and her parents, she felt the vampiric blood-thirst kicking in. Without thinking, Selene attacked the guests, killing them in a rampage and consuming their blood. Instead of being relieved that she wasn't really dead, her parents were horrified. They wanted nothing to do with her, as it was clear that they now saw their once beloved daughter as a monster.
Selene's parents cut off any wealth from her, as well as wiped away any trace in their minds that she even existed. Selene hopes to one day build great wealth on her own, to regain the lavish lifestyle that she once had, but for many years to come, she traveled as a nomadic vampire and continues to do so today.
Personality: Selene can be quite reserved at times, but outspoken at others. It all really depends on what sort of mood she's in. When it comes to the snow, she can quickly turn playful. Selene has a hobby of creating ice sculptures as well as other artistic creations. Never able to fully cope with the fact that she was turned into a vampire, Selene always hopes to be able to regain all the wealth that she once had in life. Because she was raised by nobility, she has the tendency to become a bit conceited and cold sometimes, thus earning her the tag-name "Ice Queen". But despite this, if Selene really cares about someone, then she proves to be quite a kind soul.
