If you have a hole in your life, you need to patch it up yourself. Depending on other people to fix your problems is just lazy. If you're looking for a rebound from your last girlfriend, the other person you're dragging into your crap may not appreciate it that much. Using people to get over other people is wrong. Find out your own problems, fix them yourself, and once you are confident and competent enough to be your own person without the help of others, then perhaps you can move onto the dating scene.
