This is a special year and a Dragon Cup event would be perfect, does anyone know if Bludragon will come back to host the next tournament?

You think that's enough time to get the word out? I think thats plenty of time to spread the word and promote the event, plus this tournament needs no real promotion since it's already well known if you know what I'm saying lol.

Jubei Is there an official date of this years's Dragon Cup? As far as I'm concerned August 30th will NOT be the official date for The Dragon Cup. I've heard a few different dates as well but none I'm too sure of. We need Blu to confirm the official date...

I'm thinking about having the date be Sept 2 @ 9pm pst. It's a Sunday night, but the next day is labor day so people shouldn't have school/work the next day. Having it this day also won't clash with bbqs/parties that people might go to on labor day. What do you guys think?

Scratch that, it seems that this DC is looking to be a bit more special than I expected. So the date will remain TBD.
I feel like Sept 2 is going to be rushing things a bit too much. So look forward to a late fall/early winter DC.
Saying that, it will be Jubei's last tourney and might be the last DC I run. So I'm planning on holding an art contest to garner art for the tourney as well as placing up a tentative prize pool. Gonna go big! 10million to fist place sound good to people?
