Welcome to the Hachi Clan Estate
Motto: "A clenched fist brings fear; but a soft touch brings devotion"
The Hachi Clan was one of the founding clans of Konohagakure. Records show the clan may have existed since the time of Rikudō Sennin.
All female members of the Hachi Clan are born with an ability called Zeru-roiyaru, a kekkei genkai (bloodline ability) that allows them to excrete a pheromone that will in essence, "charm" a male target (humans only). Hachi Clanswomen are also known for being extremely beautiful -- having heart-shaped faces, large eyes, silky skin, and curvaceous frames. This can be compared to the Akimichi Clan whose members often have round faces, large frames and full bodies.
Once she reaches puberty, a Hachi daughter's bloodline limit Zeru-roiyaru develops. This is often an awkward time for the girl. Not only does she have to deal with the trials of puberty, but the Zeru-roiyaru is unstable and difficult for a young girl to control. Often times it leads to very embarrassing interactions with other boys her age. This is the main reason Hachi girls are tutored instead of attending the academy.
After they reach 15 years old, all daughters are taught the art of seduction. This can include verbal and/or physical enticement, flattery, learning the "vocabulary" of body language, and sexual performance. The latter is often the last subject to be learned by the Hachi daughter and usually reserved till she reaches the age of 18. A fully trained Hachi Clanswoman is given the title of Willow Warrior.
Only women are allowed in the Hachi Clan via the Laws of the Hachi Clan. If a son is born, then they are given to their father's as part of the Hachi Loyalty Contract. Once a Hachi Clanswoman is of age, they are to reproduce a child with the strongest male in Konohagakure; thus, the Hachi Clan is the product of and restricted to, selective breeding.
Also, the Hachi Clan has a great deal of knowledge in poisons and will train their daughters to raise their Poison Immunity & Resistance, allowing them to use poisons offensively and be protected against them defensively. It is believed that the Hachi Clan's history with poisons is due to Hachi ancestors often being food testers for the noble class.
In Konohagakure, most citizens believe the Hachi Clan to be prostitutes and thus, labeled them "whores". It is believed this reputation was created because of the clan's secretive nature and also as a direct result of the physical beauty of its members. Because the lineage of a Hachi Clanswoman is secreted by law, most suspect a child born within the Hachi Clan was due to promiscuity.

Feet shuffled against cherry wood flooring. The sound of a delicate sigh could be heard through a large open hall. Gentle hands tucked into the sleeves of a fine indigo silk kimono, a round symbol on two sides towards the shoulders. A purple gaze closed deep in thought. Lips pursued on the heart shaped face of a gently aged woman. The sun had already fallen and someone hadn't returned home yet. the woman, silver hair adorned in a perfect bun and twelve chopsticks, was fretting. In all of her grand daughter's years, the girl had never been home late. And if she was going to be out, she'd inform first. Tenmei was worried sick. The tired lady just could wait to rest until the Hachi returned. The younger girl would owe her grandmother a soothing tune on the erhu, and an explanation.

It had indeed taken a little while to get to even the front gates of the estate. The large wooden gate door between two pillars, had been a prison door to her at a younger age. Having wanted to leave and meet others. That hadn't happened. Back then she hadn't understood why the clan stayed to itself. Now, Hani understood fully. Still bearing the names the village members label them. But they didn't understand. People were quick to spread rumors and uneasy words of things they did not know. At the simple knock on the large door, it opened revealing a man in a full suit of modernized samurai armor. The main gate gaurd. And this, wasn't a small man. Standing at 6'5" the horns on his helm was enough to frighten anybody. "Good evening Abari. Don't worry, he's with me." The armor clad man looked at Aito and moved out of the way, opening the huge door. Hani took Aito's hand to bring him in. "We will be seeing a few of them~" Something sparked into her mind as the Hachi reminded herself. "Oh, and if you see a tiger or two, the one with the spiked collar is Mani and the larger one with the studded collar is Muni." She smiled a bit too sheepishly.

Aito was taken aback a little when the guard appeared dressed in samurai armor. It never occurred to him how well guarded the estates of the Leaf's clans really were. What didn't surprise him though was that Hani had pet tigers in her home. He smiled when she told him their names. "Mani rhymes with Hani." He wondered if Hani would release his hand or continue holding it. They weren't a couple, and he didn't wish to give Tenmei a fright through a small misunderstanding.

Having not truly realizing that a hand had naturally grabbed another, Hani released Aito's when it did hit her. Well that was a tad bit awkward. Somehow, she wished it wasn't. Keeping that to herself, she interlocked her fingers together behind her back. Just a little thing she did on occassion. Walking down the long courtyard, beyond it was the gate to the inner estate. Almost just as large as the front gate. "It does doesn't it~" In the darkness those velvet eyes glanced about, counting the number of gaurds. Four so far. It really did seem like her dear grandmother had worried. They weren't all usually at the front end of the estate. Especially Loki. The largest of their gaurds. Though it seemed he was returning to the back of the property. "My grandma knows we are here~" Boy did she. Looking to her side she glanced at Aito, smiling. She wondered what was going through his head. What did he think.

Aito was somewhat sad when Hani released his hand. It wasn't like he want her holding his hand, but he knew that, for appearances and the truth's sake, they couldn't hold hands. Smiling at Hani's sung words, he felt both dread and anxiety fill him. Meeting one of the most powerful and influential women of the Leaf was a pretty big deal, especially if a few hours ago you had been making out with her only granddaughter. "I don't know if I'm glad or not that she knows we're here." he replied honestly, observing their surroundings. Once or twice he thought he saw a flash of golden eyes, but he wasn't sure. Being paranoid about the tigers wasn't something he should be doing. Going over what he'd say to the elderly woman was more important.
[I won't be back until around 10:00 p.m. my time. I'm going to my friend's grad party.]

Hands firmly kept behind her back Hani was simply enjoying her little bit of a walk with Aito. Things were going great so far it seemed. None of the gaurds seemed too suspicious. They weren't causing issues. Nothing was going wrong. The only issues was the occasional appearance of what looked to be Muni. The large male tiger they had. He was one of the most gentle giants around. Continuing to look around feet stopped when they came up to the inner door to the inner estate. The sent of purple passion flowers filled the Hachi woman's nose. Oh, the sweet scent of the beautiful flowers. They had a field or garden of them about an acre large. Perfect to walk through during the mid day or towards evening when it was cooler. But for now, it wasn't the time. Looking to the side at Aito, she kept a smile on her face. "Could be both good or bad~" Reaching out she went to knock on the door, another samurai opened the gate without asking a single question. "Ready to meet my grandma?"

"No," Aito replied with a wry smile, "but I did insist on coming with you. Might as well get it over with now." The black-haired ninja's husky voice was quiet and calm, his chocolate-brown eyes serious, and his body relaxed so he wouldn't appear like a mindless brute to the elderly woman. He might as well appear intelligent and polite to Tenmei Hachi, the leader of the Hachi Clan.

Was time to get towards the lovely household. First off was the Throne Room. The meeting hall technically. Her beautiful grandmother would indeed be in there. Was just up ahead between two older trees. The orange tree that was planted by her great grandmother. The cherry tree was planted by her grandmother. One would not be planted by her dead mother. The woman didn't deserve to have such a beautiful plant on this wonderful property. The Passion flower garden was Hani's idea. Instead of a tree, she wished for a beautiful empty space to that. Gorgeous. Smiling, Hani started to head towards the rather large building. Confronted with a red designed and etched door, she slowly, opened it with a delicate knock. The lights were dimmed, candles rather. The light spread into the room. Straight ahead, sitting in the maiden, hands on her knees. "I'm home grandma, I'd like you to meet-" A voice interrupted her. Hani immediately shut her mouth.
Sitting patiently on a folded mat, the deep indigo eyes of a heart shape face, peered straight forward. "My precious petal, you worried me half to death my dear." The smooth as chocolate voice that resonated from the woman. "I will have to thank you Aito, for making sure my grandaughter got home safe." Those eyes of her's. Seemed to watch him. Never moving.

It took everything Aito had not let his face drain of color. For some odd reason, and he shouldn't feel odd. Tenmei Hachi's pheromones were the type to calm people, yet he didn't feel calm or relaxed in the slightest. He felt small compared to the elderly woman, but the reason might be due to the fact that she knew his name, and that she gave no indication of anger or mistrust. In the end, the ninja knew he had to be polite and respectful towards the Hachi Clanswoman. "It was my pleasure, Lady Hachi, and my deepest apologies for keeping Princess Hani so long. I had no intention keeping her so long." The black-haired ninja bowed deeply, his husky voice sincere and clear, his face straight and honest as he straightened himself and looked towards the seated woman. In the dim lighting, her silver hair glowed and the shadows seemed to caress her figure. He could see the family resemblance between Hani and Tenmei.

Everything seemed to be going quite well. From the lack of tension in the air between the lovely and beautiful elderly woman and the man who seemed majorly frightened, it was doing quite fine. The Hachi woman stayed there, standing quiet. As if waiting to see if anything was to going to happen. Knowing her grandmother, the woman was subtle and slow. Wouldn't be so abrupt. Again, she continued to stay silent as watch. The candles flickered. Moving and casting lights and darkness about the room. Shadowing the Hachi elder's face. Sculpted as if she was a angelic statue above the grave of a fallen ninja.
It would have been a bit of an insult if everyone thought Tenmei would use that calming pheromone of her's. The graceful woman slowly stood to her feet. Arms folded and hidden by the long sleeves of her kimono, gentle feet made her some what glide. "Please, young one, do not apologize." Step by step she approached them, down the short steps in their direction. "Adopted son of Kazuhiro and Yuuki Kada. Orphaned and true parents unknown. Sister, Akahana Kada. Age twenty six." Those eyes did indeed look as if they were to peer into someone's soul. Stopping just infront of them, feet placed close together. "Member of the ANBU and known to have the highest I.Q in the village. Rivaled only by Shikamaru Nara." Eyes did not waver in their glance. Now held expression on her face except the slight smile. "Surely, good enough to protect my precious grandaughter."

Aito wished his brain would settle down and trick itself into thinking the woman walking towards him was using her pheromones, but of course, his brain had different plans. He was still nervous—an emotion he's never felt until today—and he was worried he'd make a fool of himself in front of both Hachi Clanswomen. It was true that he spent the majority of the day with Hani and learned more about the clan than he ever thought he would, but many aspects of the blonde-haired woman and her family were a remained a mystery to him. He would not break from the polite and respectful attitude he had for the women. In his mind, which he finally seized control of, he calmed and centered himself. Now was not the time for foolishness. He must act accordingly to the situation. It was unsettling to the dark-haired ninja how Lady Tenmei could summarize him without thought. Did she know every ninja's profile, or did she just look up his profile when word got to her Hani was with him? Thoughts such of these whizzed through his mind quickly, and then disappeared as he came to several conclusions. It was most likely that, as the a powerful force in the government, Lady Tenmei had a general knowledge of all the ninja in the village, and she had indeed sent someone to locate Hani. Once she was told her granddaughter was with him, she would have read his file. And, if that conclusion was false, she just had his file memorized. Either way, it proved how important and intelligent the silver-haired woman in front of him was. "Thank you for your confidence, Lady Hachi, though I must say I will always pale in comparison to the genius of Shikamaru Nara." Aito responded with a light smile and small bow of his head in acknowledgement of the Hachi leader's words. He watched Lady Tenmei with his light chocolate-brown eyes, observing her discretely and respectfully. He noticed the number of chopsticks in her hair were in greater number than the ones in Hani's hair.

This young man standing before Tenmei had to be truly smarter then he let himself out to be. Humble and not truly full of himself. Aito had earned another checkmark on the list. The list of what would only be for the woman to know of. Gentle eyes slowly blinked and a light smile upturned her cheeks. "Young man, boasting too much may be quite a trouble. Keeping spirits about oneself is another side of the story." Those dark eyes never moved and didn't need to move. They saw much. Crowning the silver hair was indeed a ray of chopsticks. Years ago, many of them held the exact venom in a vile, like the younger Hachi had. Now, retired and mostly an adviser, there was no such purpose for them any longer. It just showed status. If the amount adorning her age was great, the memorial to the first of the Hachi, was enough to make any person, a mere porcupine. "From what I have been informed of, you two have had a experienced day." She couldn't possibly know what the two of them had done. But you could never be too sure. There was no gleam of anger in her eldered eyes. "Would you wish to stay for the night young man? Surely, it is too late to be out." The tone of voice was simple and calm.
Hani was trying hard to read the body language of the powerful sleeping tigress. Years and years of training have made the woman capable of keeping even the most horrible of emotions hidden. The only time it had been easy to spot any form of emotion, was when Hani witnessed the tears on the anniversaries of her grandfather's passing. Those velvet eyes were seeing nothing. Even the honey smooth voice showed nothing. The Hachi woman could not read a damn thing and it was worrying her. From what she suspected though, Tenmei was watching Aito like a hawk. Every movement of his body, facial expression, maybe even his soul, was being watched and recorded. Hani envied her grandmother's experience. Minutes of listening in silence. At the end, thinking that Aito would be getting sent home quietly, it was thrown out the window. Things were flipped to the opposite. The elderly woman had asked if he wished to stay. The night. That meant. The guest room. Which, was by her's. And, the gaurds were light at night. Knowing Hani could take care of herself. Or the tiger's prowled that end. Mani and Muni did nothing.
