Taylor crossed one leg over the other as she sat herself down in one of the old and disgusting school chairs. Pulling a compact out of her bag, she smiled a little spotting a couple boys in the glass starring at her. And why wouldn't they? With her curvy body and long legs, she was every guys dream girl. A easy 10 on the hot scale if she did say so herself! Opening the small pink compact, she looked at her reflection in the mirror. Not one blemish scarred her perfect face, just the way she liked it! Glancing around at some of the guys faces in the room, she smiled a little. She hadn't had any fun in a while, so maybe she could toy with her admirers. Looking down at the second part of the compact that wasn't occupied by a mirror, different shades of lip glosses where lined up one by one. Settling on a light pink one, Taylor ran her perfectly manicured finger over it, coating the pad of her finger in the gloss. Looking back into the mirror, she slowly spread the gloss over her bottom lip and then over the top. Finishing, she pressed her lips together and made a kissing motion to spread the gloss around, making sure all of both her lips were coated to perfection. Shutting the compact, she couldn't help noticing how some guys faces where red, and there girlfriends and the other girls in the room were openly starring. Giggling a little, Taylor slipped the small circle away. Oh how she loved being the center of attention!

James folded his arms behind his head as he tried-- and failed-- to focus on the lesson. He got way too much of school, more than he ever really wanted. But it was his last year, then he would finally be free. Free to find a girl too. He hadn't held down a relationship for more than a week in a while, some girls just didn't put out fast enough for him. He wanted more in a short period of time, and well they just didn't supply it. He was greedy, he wanted more! So things didn't last too long. It wasn't that he didn't want to really commit to someone, he did, but he hadn't found someone to keep up with him quite yet. He sighed softly, his stormy eyes on the clock. Couldn't it move any faster? He wanted to go mingle. He loved mingling. Especially with a possible girlfriend. He wasn't like lust-- okay maybe he was to an extent-- he actually liked being in relationships, not just having fun without knowing the person. He got to know them rather quickly, then things got moving. He leaned his head back, closing his swirling orbs. Tick. Tick. Tick. The clock was starting to tick him off. Too much noise. Not enough fun. There was never enough fun. Never enough sleep either. Unless he was with a girl, then there was too much sleep. Things were just so unbalanced sometimes, too unbalanced. He needed a hobby or something.

That girl really thought she was something, didn't she? How dare she make her look like an idiot in front of the whole class and especially in front of her crush. How dare she! That was it. Cassandra has put up with this precious little Priscilla chick long enough. Once that bell rang, she's going to regret even being born. Cassandra clicked her pencil and gritted her teeth as she watched the clock tick. Finally it did. She was the first one out of class and waited for that little stupid blondie by the bathrooms when she walked out. Just as she passed Cassandra's fingers reached out and grabbed her collar and dragged her into the bathroom. With as much force as she could muster, she slammed Priscilla up against the wall and could feel the wind knock out of her. "If you ever, EVER, pull that kind of s**t again, I'm going to make your life a living hell. You understand me?" Cassandra hissed like a King Rattlesnake. Through tears and confusion, Priscilla nodded her head. Cassandra finished off with a few blows to the head until Priscilla fell to the ground and Cassandra kicked her in the stomach a few good times. Anger still ran in her veins as she stormed out of the bathroom. Rage was built up in her and now she had no idea how to get it out.

Koti stood in front of a candy store, her head and hands pressing against the window as she tried to peek inside. Her stomach growled loudly as she loved candy and she wanted it more than anything at the moment. "Hungry... Hungry, hungry, hungry..." she muttered with a giggle before frowning. "I'm always hungry. It's sad. I'm sad. Need candy. Candy makes everyone happy. Candy! Me want candy! Now!" she growled as she went from sad to angry in only a second. Unfortunately the store wasn't open yet and it wouldn't open until she was stuck in school doing useless things like learning. Her gray blue stone like irises searched through the store as she searched to see if anyone was inside. A wide grin appeared on her face and stretched from ear to ear as she walked over to the lock. Carefully she took out a safety pin she had hidden in her hair and began to use it to pick the lock. You never know when you would need a safety pin so she carried it around everywhere. Plus, in case she began to lose it, all it took was a little p***k of her finger and she would be ok. Her eyes widened when the door successfully unlocked which made her laugh like a lunatic. "Candy all mine now! Oh this makes me happy. Very very happy. I would smile but I won't. Must use mouth for more important things. Time to eat." she said as she knocked over a candy machine that was filled with her favorite candy of all. Her eyes began to sparkle at the sound of Skittles scattering across the floor and she picked up a handful, eating it all in one gulp. Koti barely ever tried to chew her food. She was too impatient. She then began too look around at the other candies as she wondered what she should eat next before she heard someone else's footsteps. An old man stood there holding a broom since it was his only weapon and he gave her a harsh glare before shouting at her to get out. "Shh! You hear that?" she asked him, dropping the candy she had been collecting as she walked over to him. He began to step back but she grabbed his arm so he couldn't move and then leaned her ear against his chest. "Ba-bump... Ba-bump... Ba-bump... Your heart is slow. So slow. It's rotting away. You'll die soon I bet. I'll wait then. Wait until you've rotted away too. Buried under the ground. Maggots will be there. I've never had maggots. I bet they're yummy." Koti licked her lips then as she let him go, turning on her heel to pick up more candy and shoving it into her bag. "Have to go to school now. Don't tell anyone I stole. People will get mad. Then I'll get in trouble. I don't like getting in trouble. Oh shoot. I'll be late. I should skip school. It sucks." she muttered to herself as she ran out and left for school. The old man was left there stunned as he wasn't sure what to do about what had just happened.

Alanna walked down the street. It was just another day in Red Oak. Her mother had sent her to the store to get groceries. With the bags around her wrists she took out her phone when it vibrated. It was her friend James. What could he want? She flipped to the text.

Dude I just got hooked up with this really hot girl! She's so funny and nice. You have got to meet her!
Alanna nearly crushed the phone her hand. Why did everyone get nice girlfriends and boyfriends? She sighed and put her phone away not even wanting to respond to the text. Alanna just needed to chill out, but before she knew it she was crying. Everyone got exactly what they wanted in life. Fame, fortune, glamour. Alanna envied everyone! Her life just sucked. She finally got to leave the damn lab and live with her mother and brother again and for what cost? Just to envy everything her family has. They were free! Free of this curse! Free to have normal thoughts! I hate myself! I wanna be like James and have a nice boyfriend. I want to be normal like those girls! she thought looking at some girls across the street talking and laughing. They were so pretty too. Why couldn't Alanna be pretty? She looked at her reflection in a store window. Envy sucked.
