Komitsu town. A series of mysterious deaths in the local high school populace for the past decade. The entire town has remained hush-hush about it, and the outside world knows nothing about this tragedy. What deep and possibly terrifying secret could the people of Komitsu be hiding?

The Nakano family relocates to Komitsu after daddy Nakano loses his job in the city of Tokyo, and is hired as a local policeman here. Their son Riley is less than enthusiastic at the prospect of starting a new school, but after much coaxing, agrees to try to adapt to his new surroundings. The family moves into a relatively well-furnished apartment on a two-story building. Exhausted from a day of moving, the family gets ready to call it a day. Riley heads to bed, thinking about school next day...
