There's an item called "Tender Care" and one form of it shows an alicorn with almost the exact same color scheme as the ponified Lauren Faust!

I went ahead and bought it immediately, but it can range in price from 40,000 gold to 80,000 or higher! So, make sure that you REALLY want it before you go throwing around huge amounts of gold. I have her in my avatar so that you see her.
