This is by far the best mod I have ever seen. Sure, we all download mods for cool armor, hairstyles. etc, but this one makes the game so much more convenient. It makes it to where you get to pick where you want to take the jobs you get from Vex or Delvin. For example, you can ask Delvin for a fishing job, he will ask where, and you can pick any of the major cities the game has you do jobs in.
