It seems like kind of a strange, quirky game, but it should be fun. It sounds like you have to power up somehow to catch the more rare Pokemon.
This will be showing up in the eShop with the Pokedex Pro in fall and will be able to be linked with the B/W 2 game.

I think this is coming out the same day as B/W 2 in October, while the Pokedex won't bee until November.
From what I can tell it'll be a cheapie $3-ish game, so that's good.
