There is a gate way to Heuco Mundo located in the 12th division barracks, inwhich Captains can easily access.
Haku uses it to train a few of his "abilities" He can train some others, only is they have the same Ability as Him.

Haku goes in a square formation around Fallen. At every corner he puts down a Rod, after the 4 rods are put down Haku puts a Tag on Fallens chest. "Now, this is gunna hurt. But if im right, this should draw it out. Inwhich I'll have to fight it off mentally. They easiest way to do that is....Well think of the hollow as a small ball and your dominating the small ball. Well just beat it mentally, anyway possible." Haku puts one hand on his Zanpakuto and one hand in front of him, pointing at Fallen. "First song....UNSEAL!!" The Hollow's door way was open within Fallen.

Take grip, dont be this Hollow's b***h! Imagine a mask, Now imagine! Form the mask on your face!" Haku takes his hand brings it to himself, then pushes it back towards Fallen. "SECOND SONG!" Strong Fabric wraps around Fallen, keeping him in place.

Good good. Formed the mask. Step 1 done...Dude Chill out! Control it!" Haku pops his knuckles, "Now Steps 2-5."

We'll skip Step 2 and 3 then So. Be. It." Haku pulls out his Cloud blade, roughly 6 feel long. He holds it infront of him in a ready to attack stance. "Fight your Hollow! I will weaken it Externally and you will controll it Internally! Fight it!" Haku rushes at Fallen's Hollow, and he slices at his Ankles.

Fallen was fighting the hollow with in as soon as you cut my anckles white goo shoots out regenerating the cut as the pillar explds from the spirit pressure as the smoke clears i am there holding my sword as the hollow says its name "Light the darkness rocona" The white sword shoots up and turns into a schty as i look at you charging at you griping your face slamming into you into the ground looking at you luaghing
