A lot of characters are over powered.

I tend to disagree. Phoenix for example, she is really powerful and what not, but can't take a hit. Ghost Rider can keep you in an endless stun with his chain whip. @_@

Here lately i haven't seen Ghost Rider used in a manner that makes him OVERPOWERED rather than just cheap, i get tired of people spamming the jump S attack every time i face him...rather annoying really. :/

The only LEAST spammable character i believe would be Zero, i mean yeah he has SOME spamming moves but it's not as easy as most others.
