Cycling Road has four exits:
Partright, Alcove, Zephyr, and Musing City
The road was built for trainers to get around from one metropolis to another quickly and easily; without the hassle of running into wild pokemon, or the chance of getting lost.
However, no road is free from other trainers and battles

Looking up at Musing City, Lydia felt like she was shrinking as she got closer. The fair and the towers and sky scrapers all just seemed to appear by magic! All these places were huge! It seemed like every city in Phior was at least twice the size of Cerulean City! "It's so big," She said as both she and Voltz gawked. "I wonder if we'll even find our way to the right road out to our first gym." The road started to slope down for the last off ramp. While she stared, she let the bike glide at a constant speed. 'I wonder which gym I should even try first,' She thought. The city seemed to sing and ring out in a kind of happy harmony. It was easy to see where Alalla got her aura and personality from. Which made it a little hard to understand why the gym leader would only be happy when he battles. It had taken a good part of the day just to cycle over; and even as it began to come to a close, Lydia looked away at the forest some distance out. A shimmer came from one of the tree. "I must be seeing things," She said as she went to rub her eyes. A fallen branch snagged in her bike tire, bringing the whole thing to a stop and sending her for a tumble with Voltz the last few feet of the road.

"Hey! You okay?" The bike renter called in alarm from his stand.

"Ya..." Lydia groaned, rubbing her head as she righted herself up. "I think so."

"Then be more careful and watch where you're going! Or you'll be paying any damages you cause!"
