Cycling Road has four exits:
Partright, Alcove, Zephyr, and Musing City
The road was built for trainers to get around from one metropolis to another quickly and easily; without the hassle of running into wild pokemon, or the chance of getting lost.
However, no road is free from other trainers and battles

Pikaaaaa! Voltz stretched happily as it sat in the bicycle basket. "According to the road manger, Alcove city is the second turn off, so we should be almost there," Lydia smiled confidently. "Just one more exit, and i'll be signing up for the pokemon league." She stared strait ahead, dozing off into her dreams for adventure like the pokemon trainers she'd heard so much about in magazines and news papers, or had seen on TV. However, she didn't doze too far off to keep her balance and stayed alert enough as she anxiously waited for her exit. All her dreams were so close at hand! It was only a matter of finding her way to the pokemon lab and speaking to the professor.

Professor Alder is the region's lead researcher, and she personally takes care of registering new trainers like yourself.

"Nurse Joy sounded so admirable. And just think: Page will be making a trip to professor Alder's lab soon too!" She could hardly contain her dreaming excitement. "I wish we could have waited up, but I just know we'll meet up again. Right Voltz?" Pika pika!

Sara had left early the next morning with the instructions of where Alcove City. She had enjoyed her time meeting Naoki and Vern but it was time for her to head on her way. The professor was waiting for her and she had to get there soon if she wanted to register. Heading down to the Cycling Road with Venonat Sara got herself a bike and headed out.

"Thanks for the help. Let's go Venonat." Sara said as she waved farewell to the guy giving her direction before heading off down cycling road. Returning Venonat to his pokeball she went down the road at a good pace. Sara hoped that she could get to Alcove by noon but that didn't mean it was going to happen. Passing the first exit Sara knew she was getting closer to Alcove City.
