Venetta turned the corner, getting into an alley way. She walked home every day after school. What was an angel doing in a school anyway? She sighed and cooled down, walking now instead of stomping. She leaned against the wall and leaned her head back, closing her eyes.

Dez Miageta
He wandered the streets, trying to find a meaning to his existence. Dez takes a turn into the alley and collapses due to exhaustion. What the hell did I think of coming here? Dez thought hoping to know his reason for coming to such a town. As he took note of his surroundings, he noticed a girl leaning on the wall. Not wanting to make her think that he was weird he decided to leave. He lost all strength trying to get up though leaving him no choice but to rest on the spot. “Guess all that traveling finally took its toll…” Dez muttered. “Well let’s just hope nothing she don’t think I’m some weirdo.” But who wouldn’t think that he was. After all he was dressed in all black and had a katana to his side. Here is nothing conspicuous about that right?

Rosalie was walking down the Alley, she was not sure where she was heading but she did not mind. 'I can handle myself ' She thought. Then she saw a group of guys leaning on the wall, "Wonder what they are doing" She said to herself.

 It was dark and Ray saw a girl walking while he was flying from school. He landed on the building behind her and watched her as she was going to run into a few suspicious looking guys. " Looks like she's looking for trouble."He said to himself as he looked on. His wings were now concealed and the color of his coat went back to black, his hair grew shorter and he looked younger. He looked over the roof top watching her with eagle eyes.

Rosalie walked up to the guys, "Hello" She said. The guys leaned off the wall and walked up to her, "Hey cutie." One of them said. "What are you doing out here?" He asked. "None of your business." Rosalie said.

Ray saw the guy talk to the girl walking across them and he came down from the roof. He jumped right in between the guy and the girl. "Hey, Little girl are you crazy, these guys will hurt you." He said as he stood in front of her with his back facing the group of guys. He looked at the girls face with concern. She looled like an old friend that he once knew so he felt he had to jump in.

Rosalie looked up at him Shocked by his concern, "Umm......" Was all she could say. "Hey stay out of this who are you to stop things from happening the way they aught to?" The guy that had spoken to Rosalie said.

Ray was alarmed at the tone of voice from the stranger guy. " Please, just leave us alone bub. You dont want to get on my bad side, especially today." Ray said with his fists balled up. He turned around and gave a fierce look with his eyes.

"I don't think so we saw her first." He said pointing to himself and his friends.
Rosalie was starting to get mad at how the guy was acting like she was an object.

" Well clearly she does not want to go with you. So I suggest you leave her alone or you will feel my wrath. Im not in the mood and I wont feel any type of remorse when i slice someone down." Ray said as he summoned his giant ax spear and pointed it in the face of the lead thug.

"Well now I do not think you know what she want your not her guardian or anything so why would you get involved?" He said. Reaching around Ray he tried to grab Rosalie's arm. "Now how bout you be a good doll and come with use." He said as he grabbed a holed of her.

 As soon as the thug reached around Ray his wings sprouted and stretched far out. He then cut the guy's arm with his blade as a warning. " She looks like she doesn't want to be bothered with you!! I SAID LEAVE!!!!" Ray screamed and he had an electrical aura about him and made sure he put fear into the eyes of the thugs.

When his wings cane out the men froze in fear. "M M Monster!" They yelled running away forgetting about Rosalie. When they where gone Rosalie looked at his wings. She reached out to touch them, "Are they real?" She asked, she gently touched them felling how soft they where. They seemed real enough to her but she wanted to be sure that they where real. ' So sweet he has wings' She thought to herself.

Ray looked as the thugs ran away in fear and was immediatly distracted when his wings felt a touch in quickly turned around. " Dont touch them, and they arent real...no need to thank me. It just seemed unfair." Ray said hoping she believed him. He then took off into the air and shot off into the sky gripping his spear-axe and as soon as he passed the roof he was previously on he grabbed his bookbag.
