It's called Dawnguard and you can fight with the vampires or against them. There's also a new mount. The Dawnguard fight against the vampires and you also can get a crossbow as Dawngaurd or a transformation as a bat. No specific release date other than some time this summer.

Played through it as my Hero character, now doing a Vampire run with my evil one. It's quite fun actually, and I think I enjoyed it more than the main story.
