Are you talking about a fic or RP? surprised Be kind of hard to do so though as next to Kumo, Iwa actually has the strongest military strength as said to be Kumo's only rivals in terms of strength. Kiri would of been stronger than Konoha, but their population is much smaller, so they are equal. Suna is the weakest among the five great nations. The smaller, lesser known nations are probably a lot weaker, which is why you don't seem them in the war and were just told to evacuate.

It's an completely AU Akatsuki fic and of course, it is chock full of stupid combinations, like an Ice and Lava team, lol. I remember making a guy with a bloodline in which he can control grass and plants like Mokuton and teaming him with some feral animal guy... Basically, I just made a bunch of opposites, mostly for the fun of laughing at how they' get along.

I know how the lava and ice thing would work, lol. I just made this up in my head as a joke, at first... I put a Genius Genjutsuist with a retard (literally) with muscles the Raikage would envy Feral Animal guy with the Smart, Cool, Collected herbal guy Lava and Ice, lol I put a Sensor with a Kaguya Taijutsuist, that would be a very functional team.
