Rules and how-to's of Jousting
When a Jousting tournament is being held, there will be a guild announcement, giving the time, date, and link to the Jousting Ring. Sign-ups will then be held, and then the joust will be held once it gets to the proper time.
Each person rolls 1d20, and the highest number wins. Each post must have a paragraph of roleplaying, such as their chocobo and rider entering the arena, to count. In case of a tie, those two will roll again. Once all that is said and done, the mule will be used to roll for skill raises/loss.
The winning chocobo will have one stat at least to be boosted (Selected at random from Strength, Handling, Temperament) and an RNG between 1-2 will be put into use, to see if another stat increases. Likewise, for any chocobos within 3 points of the winner, a RNG between 1-2 will be used for a single stat gain.
Any chocobo that is 8 points or lower less than the winning number will also get a RNG of the same, but for stat loss. It is then considered injured, and cannot participate in the next Jousting competition.
