Accidentally pressed the Shout button instead of the Sheath button, and then one of the Greybeards got thrown off the Throat of the World, and finally, myself blasted off the mountain covered in ice.

I use duel swords and I was fighting a Vampire something and when I attack her I go into a combo attack thing where you slice them with your two swords then slice them again, killing them, when I do it I slice the first time then the Vampire says "I'm going to enjoy this" right in the gap of the two slices
