Everyone can make no more then three characters, and you have to have your first one for at least two days. Second one for four days, please. You cannot, I repeat, cannot have more then one character in one clan. You can't have two Uchihas or Hyuugas. Not even one branch and one main Hyuuga. Want your own clan? Ask me and tell me 'bout it. (You can have a made-up last name and it will not count as a clan. In fact, those who aren't in a clan get fighting bonuses.) Everyone can post missions for any villages.

Technically, she was never actually a member of the Village Hidden in the Clouds, as she was born on the outskirts of it. Yet she remains a citizen of the Land of Lightning. The Village wanted someone obscure to become the host for the Two-Tailed Demon Cat, so they took Inari. But, like all Biju, Inari's presence as a Biju became known and shunned. Inari's father taught her how to wield the chakra bow techniques that had been passed down in their family for generations. When the Akatsuki began tracking the Biju, Inari had one option. She roamed around Konohagakure, causing chaos with her ninjutsu. The Akatsuki recruited her, and Inari was finally safe from the threat of her own organization. She was hidden in plain sight.

She is an academy student, which means she should only have one element, but she was born with water and wind. Temari, being a wind specialist, is glad. Since Jasmine knows water and wind, and shadow, her clan element, she also knows ice. Jasmine is an elementalist ninja. Jasmine was going to learn genjutsu, but with so many elements, it would be far too difficult.

They went to the Land of Lightning. They never knew Itachi had destroyed the clan until Kei's grandparents gave birth to Kei's parents. Kei's grandparents forced their kids to be raised in the Land of Lightning. When the war was over and Kei's mom was pregnant, they all moved to Konoha, where Kei was born. Kei is the newest generation of Uchiha.
