What if ____ and ____ are engaged, though they don't even know each other. They meet for the first time one year before their wedding. The guy is an assassin who only kills nobles for "certain reasons" (would get revealed later on the rp), and the girl is oblivious to this. The two of course start to fall for each other throughout the course of the roleplay, but at one point the guy will have to kill the girl's parents (or one of them). What will happen to ___ and ____ relationship? Will ____ ever gather the courage to tell ____ he's responsible for her parents' death and all the other nobles' deaths? Etc. We can always add more stuff. Username: Name: Age: Height: Personality: Brief Bio: Other: Apperance: ☺☻

Silvia Silvia sighed, enjoying being outside in her family's garden. She sat next to the pond, feeding the ducks that had made it their home. She chuckled as one of the ruffled their feathers, but her time was interrupted when someone came over to the pond. "Milady, your father and mother wish to speak with you in the study. It seems urgent so please make haste." He said and bowed deeply before returning from where he came from. She sighed once more, dropping the rest of the bread in the pond for the ducks before dusting off her ruby colored gown and walked to the study.
She entered and saw her parents sitting patiently, waiting for her it seemed. "You asked for me, father?" She asked, walking in and sitting down. Her father nodded, holding his wife's hand. "Yes, Sil.... This is difficult for us to tell you, but we have news that your betrothed is coming soon to meet you." "That's right. You've been promised to him since your birth. You're wedding is set for one year from now..." Her mother added in. Silvia, shocked, stood up and glared at them. "You can't be serious.... This isn't right!" She said darkly, pointing at her mother. "This is your idea, isn't it?!" "Silvia Lilly May, hold your tongue. This has been decided. Now go bathe and be ready for your future husband to arrive." Her father scolded her. She huffed, nodded, and went to get ready.

Marcus Nathaniel Bremont Marcus was on his way to his fiance's kingdom. He had been informed yesterday about his engagement and that he was to visit her today. Of course, he was against this marriage, for he found it obsolete. He would much rather join the army and forget about his noble duties. He have had planned today to go out on another "mission" (a.k.a. assassination), but his father had insisted he left to meet his fiance. No one other than himself knew about his other "job", and he truly hoped to keep that a secret. I hope this is over quickly... he thought as he looked out the window of the carriage. Marcus was wearing a black suite, with golden and silver buttons, some medals, and other decorations that indicated he was amongst the highest ranking nobles. He remained quit most of the trip, until they finally reached his future wife's kingdom. It looked like a nice place, but Marcus preferred much more his own kingdom. After about 2 hours of traveling by carriage, Marcus finally arrived at the palace. His assistant knocked the door for him and announced his arrival.

Silvia May Silvia sat in her garden, waiting for her betrothed to come. She did not want this marriage, she had never even known she was engaged. She despised her mother, it had to have been her idea. She sighed, shaking her head and closed her eyes, beginning to sing lightly. "I.... hear your voice, on the wind. And I.... hear you call out, my name...." Her almost hypnotizing voice carried through the palace, stopping many of the staff in their tracks to listen.
A butler opened the door for Marcus and his assistant, holding the door open for them. Silvia's parents stood by the staircase that lead to the upper floors. "Welcome, kind sir. We are honored to have you here." Her father said, bowing his head some as his wife curtsied. Silvia's voice carried into the palace, and her father smiled, listening to his daughter's singing. "Our daughter is in the garden, we can have our butler bring her in if you wish, or he can show you to her." Silvia's mother said, smiling at him. ((here's the song she's singing, btw. link))

Marcus Nathaniel Bremont "Hello." Marcus said bowing to the Lord and Lady. He listened to them and nodded with a gentle and graceful smile. "It is alright. I will go to her. Thank you." he said as one of the butlers took him to the garden where Silvia was located. He had to admit though, the singing he heard was absolutely beautiful. She truly possessed a beautiful talent. At least I hope I can get along with her. Seeing as there is no real escaping this marriage... Though.. her parents... God... it will be a tragedy... he thought as he sighed. He knew that someday he would have to kill one of them... He had already investigated their profile. Not as clean as you would expect. Anyways, composing himself, Marcus stood straight and very handsome. He quietly approached Silvia. He did not wish to interrupt her singing for it was most marvelous. He just stood there quietly out of view listening to her and admiring her voice. He was leaning on one of the stone walls. A gentle smile upon his face. Marcus wanted to hear the ending of the song.

Silvia Silvia sat straight, singing lightly. She finished her song, holding the note for a few seconds, then sighed, running a hand through her hair. She didn't hear Marcus come into the garden. She saw some of the ducks swimming in the pond and giggled lightly at them, watching them swim with each other. "You ducks are so cute... I'll miss this place, I love feeding you in the mornings, it always gets me away from my horrible mother...." She whispered to them, kneeling next to the pond. "I wonder when he'll be here.... I hope I'll get along with him at the very least..." She said as she stood up from next to the pond, wiping off her skirt as she turned around to go inside.
When she saw him leaning against the wall she gasped, jumping. "Oh my! I'm sorry, I never even heard you...." She said, bowing her head lightly. Oh no, he probably heard me talking to myself.... She thought, her eyes facing the ground.

Marcus Nathaniel Bremont Marcus couldn't help but chuckle as he heard Silvia talk to herself. At least she seemed fun to be around. She did seem different than the typical aristocrat. He found that as a good quality. He had been afraid he would get a spoiled noble lady who would be afraid to break rules. Marcus stood up straight and bowed to Silvia. "It's alright. I found that...hmm.. how to say it... interesting in a pleasant manner. No need for apologies." Marcus was trying the sensible and amicable approach. So far, he had nothing against this young woman and if he could, he would try his best to stay on a friendly zone with her. It would be good to get along with his future wife. "I'm Duke Marcus Nathaniel Bremont. Sorry if I scared you. The silent approach wasn't the best of ideas." he said with a small chuckle. He was giving off a kind and friendly charisma. She seems funny too... I don't think it'll be a difficult task to get along with her. he thought with relief.

Silvia May Silvia straightened up and smiled, chuckling lightly at Marcus. "Well I'm glad you're amused, Sir." She said, smiling as her hand covered her mouth as she giggled. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Duke Marcus. I am Lady Silvia. It is alright, I was in my own little world so it was easy to sneak up on me." She said, smiling warmly at him. She held her hand open towards the bench in the garden. "Would you care to take a break here in the garden? It must have been a boring ride here from your kingdom..." She asked, her eyes twinkling happily. He seems very nice. I don't think this will be too bad after all.... She thought lightly.

Marcus Nathaniel Bremont Marcus looked at the bench and then back at Silvia. "Sure." He followed her to the bench and sat down next to her, but with just enough space in between them. "So,.... we're getting married.... Did you know about it?" The silence was just awkward and noting how this was the very first time they've met, it would be even worse. Silvia or any other noble had no idea that Marcus was the noble assassin. That murdered that kept aristocrats in constant fear. No one knew when he would appear and to who. No would would ever guess who was behind that cold blooded mask... [brb]

Silvia May Silvia sat down next to him, laying her hands in her lap. She looked out to the pond, sighing. "I know that it's one year from now. But I had just learned of it this morning.... I assume it's just slipped their minds, what with that assassin going around and killing the nobles. I know that we're not the highest ranking, but my mother is terrified of him..." She mused.
She chuckled lightly, looking at the ducks. "Though with as awful of a person as she is, I have no doubt in my mind she would be a victim of his.... I just hope my father is safe, he's the only family I truly have...." She looked away, shaking her head. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be speaking like this to a duke, even if you are to be my husband...." Marcus Nathaniel Bremont Marcus shook. "It's alright. Really. I mean, this is a good way to get to know each other after all. I mean, I suppose this assassin is quite a reason for a conversation." he replied. "Oh, and also, please, do not be hesitant when speaking to me. I enjoy a good conversation, oh, and forget about my title. I mean, we are to be married, correct? Titles should be what matter the least."He was being honest. Titles, he didn't really care much. What he truly cared about was the persons' sense of right and wrong. Then, hearing Silvia say how her mother was terrible and her father was the nice one made him remember who one of his soon victims would be. "Please, do not be so harsh upon your mother. I'm sure she only intends for your well." Marcus looked at the pond and admired the ducks briefly. It was getting cloudy and there were signs that it would soon start to rain. "I was informed by my parents yesterday that I was engaged. Please, do not take this personal, but... I have no intentions of getting married... At least not if I don't do it out of love." he admitted. He hoped that Silvia wouldn't take this in the wrong way.
