This is the hotel of Passion Isle. It's quite hidden underneath the thick blanket of palm trees making it seem almost invisible. Since it is a hotel, you'll need to check in before you go to your rooms.
(NPCs are self-run. Just pick a random number for your room and go with it. Don't pick the same as someone else obviously unless you're together.)
