Despite the reputation the Kingdom's warriors have come to be known by, Blayze, the Capital of the Rokyu Kingdom, is considerably well kept. Welcoming most races due to the Kingdom's need for profit towards merchants, thanks to the new King of Rokyu, all races have been permitted entry into the Capital, however they are only permitted entry, strictly for trading purposes. Full grown, full blooded Dragons watch guard. The more elite can be seen wearing plated Armor, each fitted to perfectly fit each Dragon's hard, or sharp set of scales. It's said Dragons wearing armor are deployed Royal guard, however this is simply a Rumor.
Every year, a tournament is held, and welcomes every warrior, from every race to take part in a grand battle of power. There is said to be a magically sealed ancient arena that's said to only appear each year. Rumors have begun to speculate around the world that the King is not the one who hosts the Tournament. Rumors have begun that some kind of higher up beings, summon the Arena, and that the Dragon born Royal Family serves them in the sense of deploying guards for the Arena, and staff for the fighters. It's unknown if this is true, however the announcer for the battles, is always a strange man wearing a red robe, trimmed with gold designs.
The Capital is a considerably profitable trading city, all things considered. Dragon scales tend to fetch a high price, and some have even begun selling their old fangs as they tend to fetch a high price on the market. Scales sell for the price of a rare Ruby. Dragons don't seem to mind giving up what they've grown out of, or shed for a high price. Trying to underpay a Dragon born however, is punishable by death as declared by the new King of Rokyu. Every Guard patrolling the streets has a proper knowledge of market prices, and things of the basic nature, as required by the law to up hold being a Guard.
Large walls keep the fortress like city protected, and there are only two main gates granting entry. The Royal Palace sits directly within the middle of the Capital, meaning the further into the City, the heavier the security gets. The market District is directly between the middle of the North Gate, and the Royal Palace. It's said that the King himself, has shown his face within the new Market place, when a group of Angels had entered claiming to be Merchants, before trying to slaughter the Dragon born, claiming them to be false Gods. The new king slaughtered them all, and pronounced Dragon kind not Gods, but "simply Demi". Not many understood, and even more pretended they did.
