Creed uses lightning alchemy, he has two signs on on the top and one of the palm of each of his hands, the sign on his palm allows him to send an electric current threw any object including ones body shocking them or placing his hands on say the ground and sending the current threw the ground and anybody standing there will be electricuted, Creed can also send this electric current threw items like weapons, tools etc. the sings on the top of Creeds hands allow him to point in any direction and a lighting bolt will fire in that direction at well... lightning speeds.

Weapon: Creed has two duel lightweight swords they are light as feathers, Creed is also an expert in hand to hand combat being an ishbalan.
Back story:
Creed was merely an ordinary Ishbalan who hated alchemy and the thought of killing, but one day a wanted fugitive of the state came to ishval, he was a powerful alchemist and began killing people left and right Creeds parents where some of his victums and when Creed tryed to jump in and save them he was just to young and weak. Creed imidiatly left his village in search of somebody that could help him gain enough power to save people from evil men like the one that killed his parents. He stumbled upon a very old ishbalan man, he was a marked ishbalan for practicing alchemy and cast out of the ishbalan teritory, it was the same man that had helped out the legendary scar. The man taught Creed about alchemy and tattooed signs on his hands that gave him great power and the man raised him and taught him of the ishbalan fighting style aswell as alchemy. many years later he left teh old man and went to the state alchemist in search for a job as a alchemist at first they merely laughed and thought him a fool but after seeing his power they quickly accepted him. He was trained by the best soldiers and alchemist and soon became a rising star and one of the most reknown alchemist to ever live and becauses of this he became King of Amertris despite being a ishbalan nobody could defeat him ir match his knowdlege of alchemy or of the state government. now Creed runs the country with an iron fist and keeps the peace destroying all wicked men putting them to death by his own hand most of the time and now that xing is preparing secret bases in the desert he is preparing for war and he will be on the frontlines to kill the so called immortal king himself.
