 Rarity just born female Unicorn foal Rarity is shy but is a rare type of unicorn like her mother and father. Her father was captured while defending her mother while she was pregnant with her. Now they are constantly on the move and are looking for a safe place until Rarity gets caught in a trap and is saved by a human whom she doesn't trust but senses has good intentions.

 Sapphire 5 years old female unicorn Sapphire wandered as a young unicorn when she was younger. Eventually she met Rarity's father and became pregnant with the foal. However not long before Rarity was born he was killed protecting Sapphire while she was pregnant. Now she keeps moving around the land with Rarity trying to find a safe haven to raise her foal.  Canelle 19 female human Canelle wanders through the forest and nearby country side around her ranch style home which she shares with her elder brother and a couple of friends due to its large size. She was walking through the forest one day a little further than normal from her home and found a young unicorn foal in a trap.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ gaia_angelleft Rarity gaia_angelright ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rarity was walking with her mother through a feild in the forest and was starting to get hungry. THen she trotted to catch up to her mother and walked next to her. Her long legs were so cute as she walked. Then again she was always cute.

Sapphire walked along almost lazily through the field as Rarity went with her. She seemed to smile as Rarity trotted in that way of hers to catch up. She bent her head down and gently nuzzled her daughter before continuing on slowly. She eyed the edge of a small forest nearby and headed towards it. "Not much further.." she said trying to encourage Rarity to go just a little further with her towards the shade at the edge so that they could rest for a little while.

Rarity nods and walks beside her mother. Then once they got to the edge of the forest she said "Hungwy mommy." Being as young as she was she was sill nursing but would try new things. Rarity then went over to Sapphire and started to nurse happy that she had a nice mommy. She hoped that she would one day be as big and beautiful as her mother. But for now she was just happy to be her mommy's little baby girl.

Sapphire gently nuzzled Rarity as they reached the forest and halted. She gently nudged her meaning for her to nurse, and grazed a bit herself. Rarity was such a cute little foal and Sapphire would do anything to keep her baby girl healthy and safe, especially after what had happened to Rarity's father. She shuddered to think that that fate could befall on Rarity. Once Rarity had finished nursing Sapphire laid down in the shade by the tree line.

Rarity started to chase a butterfly but masure to stay close to Sapphire. SHe was all in all a good foal and rarely did anything wrong. She then laughed as she chased the butterfly and stopped as it landed on her nose cutely. She giggled and said "Looky mommy." looking at her with the butterfly on her little nose.

Sapphire laid there making sure she had at least one eye on Rarity at all times. If anything were to happen to her foal she would go insane. Rarity was Sapphire's baby girl and then on top of that Rarity reminded Sapphire of her father. She laughed softly at Rarity and the butterfly wishing that he could've been here to see their daughter.

s the butterfly flew off Rarity giggled and went over to her mommy and layed down ready for a nap after eating and playing. She had her head against Sapphire's side and was sound asleep in no time. She was so sweet when she wasleeping since she sometimes had dreams that came true. This time shew as dreaming of her mother and a strange Male Unicorn said he was her father. SHe often wondered where he was since Sapphire never told her what happened but she was happy with Sapphire just the same.

Sapphire gently nuzzled Rarity as she laid down with her and sighed softly before she fell asleep with her foal. In her sleep Sapphire twitched slightly, not too much but enough that it was evident she was having a nightmare of sorts. In fact while she slept she was remembering the day that Rarity's father had died protecting her.

Rarity woe up from her mother's twitching and nuzzled her side wanting her to have good dreams. THen she used some of her power to project a good dream to her mother. Then she went back to sleep and stayed snuggled against her mommy happy that she was able to help. She woke up a cou[ple hours later and got up hearing something then went to investigate. SHe thought she would be right back but didn't know it was a trap. Suddenly you could hear her whinnying for help calling for Sapphire. "Mommy help!" SHe said loudly. SHe was struggling with a rope around her neck that was dangling from a tree. It was an old style trap hunters used to catch wild horses or deer. The rope was cutting into her neck as she struggled and cried for her mommy.

Sapphire was just about at the worst part of her nightmare, or memory, when suddenly her dreams took a turn for the better and she calmed down again into a deep sleep. When Rarity woke up and wandered off Sapphire was in such a deep sleep she was not even aware that she had walked away. She was jerked awake when she heard the whinnying of the young foal. She was quickly on her feet but Rarity's cries were echoing through the trees and she could not tell where her daughter was. She whinnied crying out to Rarity and began to worryingly begin searching for her.
Canelle was walking through the woods miles from her home trying to avoid her brother, James, who had already had one fight with her this morning. She could feel a bruise already forming on her shoulder as she walked. She was walking along when she heard the whinnying of a young foal. She spotted the foal and paused for a moment as she saw the horn of the unicorn before rushing forwards. As the foal struggled the rope tightened with each struggle cutting off her air more and more. She pulled at the ropes that had trapped the foal before being frustrated. Canelle stroked the foal's flank making calming noises and gestures. "Shhh...shhhh... it'll all be okay." She started at the knots then and after a few moments got them off of the foal. Sadly Canelle could see that the rope had left a mark or two on the foal's neck.

Rarity then called for her mommy and backed up from Canelle. She was shaking scared as she had never been in human contact before. But her mother always told her to stay away from them if she ever came in contact with one. But this human seemed different from the one's in the stories. Rarity then stuck her neck out to sniff at the girl but pulled back and backed up more when she moved too fast. Then she called again hearing her mother calling her. Then she ran over to the bushes hearing her mother's hooves appraoching and ran to meet up with her. SHe had the strangest ability to sense the kindness in people's hearts and tell wheither they were good or bad. SHe sensed no hatred in Canelle's heart if it was there it was very little. Then she stopped at the bushes and looked back at Canelle who looked hurt to her. She then ran back and her horn started to glow then she healed Canelle's hurt shoulder and nudged her toward her mother but then winced a bit. Unfortunately she couldn't heal herself so she would have to deal with the pain for right now.

Canelle knelt there watching as the foal backed away from her, spooked by the looks of things. "It's okay...I'm not going to hurt you...where's you mommy huh?" she figured the foal probably just got separated from it's mother since at this young foals usually were nearly inseparable from their mothers. When the foal healed her she looked shocked and then smiled, "You're a cute little unicorn aren't you..." she smiled and held out her hand to Rarity.
Sapphire was become nearly insane with her worry over Rarity. If anything even remotely similar happened to her as that had to her father Sapphire would never forgive herself. She finally heard one of Rarity's cries clearly enough without an echo and followed it. She burst through the trees and rushed to Rarity. She noticed lines around her neck, rope on the ground, and then finally noticed the human. She snorted and stomped her hooves at Canelle letting her know she meant business if she tried anything. Sapphire turned back to Rarity and gently nuzzled her, sadly Sapphire had never had a strong healing ability and could rarely get it to work with other unicorns but she knew a few tricks and eased Rarity's pain so at least she wouldn't have to feel it. Then she eyed Canelle warily again.
((btw if we ever want to would you want to control the brother?))

((Sure lol.)) Rarity then gave a small neigh at her mother saying "She help mommy. She no hurt me." Then she nuzzled Sapphire and looked over at Canelle. She liked her new friend. THen she put her little nose in Canelle's hand and breathed softly onto it soon gumming her fingers gently. She was being really cute and was showing her mother that Canelle had a kind heart. Rarity was called Rarity for a reason. It was because she was diferent from most unicorns who couldn't sense human emotions unless they were being showed them. Rarity on the other hand was one of the few unicorn's that could. She was definately her father's child. Then Rarity nudged Canelle to her mother and said to Sapphire in unicorn language "Friend mommy."
