Each area has one chocobo auction- though they're not always open. When they are, they'll be posted here and you can bid for your chocobo with gil. Sometimes, rare breeds of chocobos are found here, and can be obtained fairly cheaply. These auction houses are watched over very, very closely by the Continental Chocobo Council, to ensure the birds are all safe and healthy.
Each Auction house has six stalls, and four nests for eggs. They have a shade tent, and are kept very clean. Usually, there is a care giver in the booth at the entrance. They is also a large pasture stocked with 'wild' gyshal greens.
