Official Whereabouts (Currently Located at the Underworld's Entrance)
A review of her record is necessary to determine if she may stay under the Underworld's jurisdiction. For now, Lucinda Valerie will return home to face a trial of observations. Recent trouble with the Underworld's current system has deemed it necessary for her to stay on the other side until further notice. She is to be referred to a demon or another creature with connections to the underworld.

Personality: Lucinda has been observed quite some time and has notoriety for being head strong when it comes to doing things. Lucinda has always felt strong desires to connect to what is possible rather than what is factual. Her care free style has often gotten her in trouble, yet helped her grow by learning from problems she has had involvement in. Subject's personality needs further study.
Powers: Observable powers include the ability to disappear (become incorporeal), absorb small amounts astral matter or demon energy, and the ability to use dark magic to gather spirits similar to herself. It would be unwise to let her use this last ability for long. Such power may threaten those around her as the spirits she gathers may be dead like herself, but it is not certain if they will always have the same mind set as her own. Therefore, one could be inviting their own demise.
Weapons: No observable weapons have been seen on the girl's person. Inspection of her clothing reveals that the lapel on her current clothing (as in the her third photograph) keeps her tethered to the human realm. Removal of the lapel has revealed that without it she becomes invisible (incorporeal) to the naked eye. Further study reveals that she burns off astral and demonic energy while in this state.
This is to the point that if she does not return to her physical form in twenty four hours she is sure to completely disappear from all planes of existence. This has been the case of many spirits like her who do not feed off of demon energy or find some other source to satisfy their needs. It seems to be the tragic fate of many dead souls. The study of her thus far has indicated that her dark magical powers are connected to her lapel as well.
Bio: Ever since Lucinda was very young she has lived in Big City. At the age of seven resources have found she went to the one of the local schools in the area and took dance lessons in the afternoons. She developed a passion for it, but soon grew out of it when her brother, whose name is not in our records yet, showed her his motorcycle and gave her a passion for riding on one after letting her ride his as a secondary passenger for many years. We know she went to high school and soon after entering got her motorcycle license.
One day though, she nearly crashed on her way back from a local restaurant. She got lucky though and managed to swerve out of the way of an oncoming truck. Sources indicate this terrified her for a year and caused the death of her brother when she stepped out into traffic on her way home from school. This year, we know she died, but not exactly how. It involved her motorcycle, takeout from an Italian restaurant and possibly a hit man. The details are rather vague considering that not all the participants have passed on to the Underworld yet. Yet we know after this second motorcycle death we found her wandering around the entrance to the Underworld. As far as records stand, Lucinda Valerie is the only one on our record to have witnessed and understood her own death to a very small extent. Locating her dead brother and the still living hit man may be vital to her case since dead relations are often known to linger around their remaining family.
Case Notes
This has been an official report of the Spirit Police. Our job, while we still have such a task force is to make sure renegade souls don't cause problems. With the greatest demon of our time, Richan, missing the Underworld has really faced a lot of problems. Perhaps, with the help of this girl and other spirits like her we can find out where he's gone.
