Each Class is watched over by a guild, and each guild is headed by, you guessed it, a guildmaster and his/her chocobo. (Tryouts for head of each guild will be held later on, when there's a few (dozen) more people.) You can even apply to make your own guild, if you don't like any of the classes offered here!

Jouster
These are a much heavier bird with excellent handling and calm tempers. All Jousting Chocobos are Equipped with Barding, chocobo armor, with the colors and arms of their rider (which means you and I will discuss it heavily.)

Messenger
Fast, lighter birds with hot tempers and great stamina, these Chocobos are equipped with custom saddles to hold messages and packages safely as they run.

Scout
A kind of alternate job path for messenger Chocobos, Scouts are faster, with hairpin-turn handling, and intelligence enough to gather information and determine the best course of action if it gets into a bad situation without its rider. These birds get light leather barding.

Fighter
Brutal birds with hot tempers, anger in their hearts, power in their beaks and legs, and intelligent enough to go for the cheap shots, Fighting Chocobos are a rare breed. They have light Barding and often are scarred about the shoulders and head.

Companion
These generally calm birds are kept as pets, with fair intelligence and generally poor conformation, although this can also be considered a chocobo's retirement stage. They wear a halter of sorts and a few tokens of affection, like a toy on their backs or other such things,

Show
Show chocobos have calm temperaments, high Conformation, and high Intelligence. They have to be the perfect weight as well, not too skinny, not too heavy. Show chocobos are often very vibrant in color, as well, and may have some clothing items, such as a bow around their necks, or bracelets.

Rodeo
Wild chocobos with little stamina but high speed, handling, and cunning, Rodeo Chocobos are prized especially when trained properly to throw people from their backs. They get a modified saddle and leg guards so they don't hurt themselves.
