Hey-yo everyone!
To get more people in the guild, I'm going to offer you and your characters a proposition. Now currently I'm not too concerned about this going into effect right now because I don't intend to actively recruit until June. (That's when summer is and people have more free time.)
However, I'll go ahead and say this now because maybe you know someone who wants to join a Naruto guild.

If you recruit someone (Meaning they said in their application that you suggested they join) and their character reaches Chuunin level, then I'll allow your character to have one of three things.
1. The scroll of the Student - This allows your character to learn one additional Bukijutsu OR taijutsu style. This item isn't sold in stores which makes it valuable.
2. Third Additional Personal Attribute - Useful for those who want to have another attribute obviously.
3. Custom Weapon with TWO SLOTS - If you're not sure what I mean by that let me know. It'd basically be two things that made it custom and/or Unique and advantageous over a regular weapon.

If you recruit someone and they make it to Jounin level, then you'll get yet another exclusive item.
1. The Scroll of the Master - This allows your character to learn one additional Bukijutsu OR Taijutsu. This item isn't sold in stores which makes it valuable. You can also get this and use it even if you already have the Scroll of the Student. (If you didn't pick the scroll of the Student the first time, then you would get that instead of the Scroll of the Master.)
2.Five Additional Slots to any Jutsu - This is outside of Taijutsu or Bukijutsu. This would not apply to them clearly. It can be used on anything your character is ALREADY capable of learning that's a Jutsu.
3. Custom Weapon with FOUR SLOTS - You can only have this if you obtained the Two Slot Custom Weapon. This would not be a completely new weapon but instead, an add-on to a weapon you already have. This would make your weapon comparable to the Seven Swordsmen of the mist's weapons if you make use of the personal slots.
