Welcome to Yami Gakuen, Since I was put in charge of Disciplinary, I will be giving you the Happy-Go-Joy "Rules and Regulations". I guess I will explain why we have these rules. As you know Guilds have rules, these rules are to make Guilds safe for all ages, and so no one gets their feelings hurt. (as such for the weak hearted emo boys of the world.) Upon these Rules being Release they will take action ASAP. Breaking any of these rules well result in Loss of being able to participate in Events, Contests, or even Holiday Celibrations with the Guild. To keep this Guild safe and fun Please follow Rules to the fullest, if you can't then you will be Banned from the Guild.
So on to the Rules!:
1. No Picking on, being Rude, or stating Slander that targets a Race, Minority, Religion, and/or Ethnicity. Cause that would just make me want to RIP your Intrails out of your body. Hahaha!
2. Must participate in all Guild Meetings. That there statement means Everyone that is in the Guild. "EVERYONE". Needs to be there. I know some of you are half way across the world and it doesn't work for you. Don't worry We will make a Time frame for you and others that can't make it because of work, or because of your Nation's Time Frame campared to us. If you can't make it to a Meeting because of Important matters, then let one of us (Guild Leaders) know if it is important that you have to go to a wedding or other such as hospitalization and such, etc. If you miss your meetings there will be Disciplinary action, that could lead to Being kicked from the Guild.
3. Swearing... Is allowed, we all voted... mostly me, and we say there is Swear as long as you don't direct it towards Race, Religion, etc. or not excesively used towards persons.
4.No Fighting unless you are fighting in character in a RP, I can't stress this enough. I know sometimes Hormones get a little out control, and you want to go Ape s**t on someone, just cause that guy had a level 5 Charizard and he beat your level 100 squirtle. KEEP IT in control, Remember you get Mad, your IQ drops to s**t numbers and you do stupid things.
5. No Pornograph or Porn RPing in a Non-18+ Zone. If I catch anyone posting Hentai outside of the 18+ zone, I will save it to my computer and Bann you. <.< as for everything else you will get instantly Banned from the Guild with no chance to Come back to the Guild.**can only be anime in the 18+ zone** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
6.Respect! Respect is a big one, Respect you fellow Members, they are your Family, you laugh and cry together, tell stories that make you laugh, you help one another. Also a little tip for all of you, Don't Brown Nose, suck up, or pester your Guild Leaders, you don't want to be on their s**t List.
7.Music - All music Is allowed as far as I know. ninja
8.Events! Events are Optional, but sometimes you will get stuff out of them, such as clothes and Items, etc.
same with Contest and Holiday Parties.
9.Post! When making post make sure the posts are in the right topic, it isn't a serious offense but Continueous offending will grant you the loss of taking part in Guild Events or being Kicked and/or Banned. Same with Necro posting and Double posting or Dopple posting.
10.AGES AND PERSONAL INFORAMATION! This will be about Ages and Personal Inforamation, I don't want you to share your Age and Personal Info, don't want to see you Age and Personal Info posted. This will not get you banned or stopped from going to events, this is for your own safety, so you don't get... per-say Stalked, Murdered, or be a victim of a Sexual Predator, ETC. Play it safe.
11.HARASSMENT! AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT! This Topic will be taken seriously, VERY SERIOUSLY! There is a difference between someone who doesn't mind it and someone who doesn't want it. If you are a victim of Harassment or Sexual Harassment, (s1.) Ctrl+Alt+Prt Scrn, (s2.) Open a paint or picture related program that leads to paint and paste it with Ctrl+V (s3.) contact a Guild Leader and PM the screenshot to us, in worse case if you can not send it to us on Gaia, you can send the screen shot to my personal E-mail at otterego@yahoo.com I will then contact other guild leaders to have this problem dealt with.
12.PICTURES! I know I already explained this but just a little more depth. No Gore or Live photos of Death. There are people under 18 here and People who could get offended by such Media.
13. How to get into 18+ Zones. You must prove that you are mature enough or 18 to get into these zones. Cause it is kinda hard to take someones word for "Oh I am 18" well I won't believe it. unless there Is proof of your date of birth, like a school card, and to help keep your Idenity safe just cover your name and picture same with I.D. and such if you really want in that bad. This is very Unique to a Guild, a speical perk for people and such to have fun. For those who think they are Mature I would prefer that you wait till your 18. Please and Thank you about this situation.
