I was just looking at the guild members, and found a couple crew members who haven't posted anything since 2010 or 2011. I believe there should be new crew members to replace them, because having crew members that don't even look at this guild or go on gaia anymore is kinda... useless?...

Unfortunately, most of the Crew members are gone, on hiatus, or whatever. truthfully, only Me, Mooncry, Silver, and lia are even active any more. Everyone from before 2011 no longer gets on. Not even the former Guildmaster, Bate, has made any appearance. However, we cannot just toss out that which does not work and expect it to instantly fix everything, not that I'm saying that's what you're saying. We'd need to give it time, and we can't just elect any old person to crew. They have to have the Guild's best interest at heart, lest they abuse their power as crew members. Nonetheless, I have seen your suggestion and will consider implenting it in the future.
(On a side note, this is NOTHING like the way I normally talk, just so everyone knows.)
