so I have a work out routine that I try to do every night but I think its a hormone imbalance or something one week (especially when I took to much of my Birth Control and went exercise crazy) I'll work out like 3 times a day and then the next week I just get the lazy blues AND I eat a lot, I don't even have the budget to eat the way I do, my old roomy once wonderingly asked me why I'm not sumo sized with the way I eat (I think she thought I was puking it back up) lol rolleyes .
any tips for staying on top of diet and exercise like when I want to eat do this or think about this ect.
