Here's where ideas for new shops can be submitted.
It works sort of like the school clubs except there's no form to fill out and the PM system isn't used, just this thread.

-Hot Spring (LOVE THESE <3)
-Liquor Store
-Church? (lul.)
-Techy Shop Stuff <3

i don't know about the church and the liquor store, but the others look good. Maybe you could make the salon and spa in the same building?
