Personality: Chiyo is a strong willed and intelligent young woman, but she has a tendency to act or speak without thinking. Her stubbornness is second to none and is only surpassed by her desire to find out why she even exists in this world. Having been devoted to doing the right thing and serving justice her entire life, she understands fully that sometimes horrible things must be done in order to attain true justice. Though she is suppose to hate humans like the rest of her kind, Chiyo doesn't hate them. She finds their actions and thoughts confusing and despite how she does dislike their constant molesting of the worlds water,
History:
The story begins two hundred and thirty-seven years before the current time frame. It had been a few centuries since Aizens defeat and the reiashi generated within Karakura had given rise to a new form of life, or rather it had allowed life to be given shape and free will. The reiashi spread far and wide, but a place that it had concentrated in was the ocean surrounding it, the rivers, and lakes. Of the countless elemental entities the had been given life to one particular elemental had been initially stronger then all those of the water. When it first began moving the elemental moved outside of Karakura in order to keep its existence safe to flourish and grow with the passing of ages. The elemental made its way to a mountainous region of Japan where it stayed true to its goal and grew in peace.
The Elemental had called itself Shala and actually didn't mind people, she had lived near a shrine where its people worshiped her as a deity. Shala had been quite content there and she saw it as her duty to purify all the water in the surrounding area, for centuries she had watched over the shrine and its people yet like all things this lasting peace was easily shattered by time. Flocks of people saw fit to utilize the natural and pure water of the shrine and they began to bring in machine to gather said water. Shala knew this was a bad idea and told the people of the shrine to keep them away, but this was not to be. They continued coming, and with each passing days the contamination grew steadily. Shala couldn't bear seeing what she now considered her home being destroyed and because the humans hadn't listened to peace, so did she not listen to her better judgement. Shala's form steadily became corrupted by not only her allowed malice but so did her judgement on what was best for others. The powerful water elemental ripped through the machinery and killed any who came within the vicinity of the mountains. She wanted peace and the elemental would kill for it, Shala had shut herself off from any pleas of the shrine folk and continued her rampage. Soon after people stopped coming up the mountains completely. The Shrine priests and maidens now feared Shala from every corner of their hearts, it wasn't what she wanted but she could disagree that the end result was rather effective.
Twenty years had passed and Shala, having been completely corrupted by her power and malice, ruled over the mountainous area. Finally deciding to take a stand against Shala the shrines people had used ancient seals to bind her within a human girl whom was only an infant at the time, yet Shala's anger still seemed to scare them and so the family of the girl whom Shala had newly been sealed in left the shrine and headed for Karakura. They had purchased a decent sized area which had been a shrine as well at one point on the outskirts of town, they had hoped that the feel of the place would help keep Shala in check within their daughter, and despite everything the elemental had down this family still worshiped her as their deity. They knew what kind of strain they had placed on their first born childs spirit, and so they decided it best to keep the secret of Shala hidden forever.
Years passed and the girl whom Shala was sealed within, Chiyo, grew up happily. Chiyo, ten at the time, had a little brother at this point and loved her family a lot, yet she could just tell something was wrong. One day Chiyo had been traveling through the woods well behind her home when she heard a loud screeching noise. The screeching was so loud that she had to close her ears, and even then it hurt. Whatever was making the noise drew closer to her location at a very high speed, and when it finally revealed itself the hair on the back of her neck stood on end. It was in that moment that a woman of tiny size appeared in front of her. The black thing was almost fearful of her, or rather her power. Chiyo watched the girl fight and actually manage to push it back, but when more started appearing around them Chiyo couldn't take the pressure of the surrounding strengths and passed out. When she awoke the ground was soaking wet as if it had just rained, but there were no clouds above in sight. The woman whom had helped her knelt over her and helped her get back home. They talked on the way and became fast friends. As years passed the two became best friends and the woman, Sazagishi Kuroyanagi, who saved her life trained her to harness her power. Despite this all she never knew where her power came from and how she was able to even attain it, but regardless of that fact, Chiyo started going into town more often and began helping with the evil that seemed to plague its people.
Saza had told her much of the history of the shinigami, arrancar, hollows, and the people of karakura, as well as a few incidents that were now legend within the place she called home the seireitei. Chiyo had wanted to go to the seireitei before and sometimes begged Saza to take her there, but the woman refused saying it wasn't time for her to yet go to such a place, and that when it was her time Saza would personally escort her there. Saza and Chiyo had then gone about their ways and had not met in years, in that small amount of time of five years Chiyo had changed quite a bit and started gathering the other elemental entities to help eradicate the evil of the city.

Sealing Item Appearance: The light orange, embedded, jewel on her forehead cover by her hair.
Power Information: Chiyo's power is of the element Water, but that is only the basic knowledge of control and power she has. Her power is on a far greater level than most and can quite literally control the molecules that create water from the air. By controlling it she can also heat and cool the water allowing her to create ice and utilize it in such a way that it would be beneficial. Her body is naturally able to purify any water that's around her, but only within and around ten feet of her body so the water that seems from her body or comes within said vicinity is purified and becomes clean despite any pollutants. She is so adept at purifying water that it happens on an ionic level and can greatly reduce the damage brought upon by electricity. In her full release form she can even make it snow and use it to her advantage. In her Solvo Form her hair turns a dark blue hue and her eyes become a bit darker but not by much.

─Mid Release State {Secui Solvo}─
Secui Solvo Abilities:
✿1.Healing Water
This ability allows the purified that is generated from her body to be mixed in with reiashi. The mixing is easily done and takes little to no time to do so. This Special water rapidly increases the recuperative capabilities of the wounds it touches, but only for as long as the water covers the wounds, if the water is ingested the properties of the special water have been known to act as an antidote for various poisons and affiliations.
✿2.Water Bomb
Chiyo has the ability to control water not only on just a physical level, but the chemicals in the water as well. By changing the composition of the water itself in such subtle way she create patches of air or pressurized patches of air that explode violently at will. This technique only works under water so Chiyo has to drag her opponent underwater to use it properly. She can use it regardless though on inanimate objects.
✿3. Liquid Skin
A strange technique in which chiyo surrounds herself with a thin layer of water that reduces physical attacks by a bit to make it take more damage than normal. This is an ability similar to to heirro of arrancar but far weaker.
Special Techniques:
✿1.Water's Armaments
By generating water from the core of her powers, Chiyo can manipulate the form and temperature of the water itself. by cooling the water to freezing levels she can create a weapon from water and turn it into reiatsu reinforce ice to combat physical weapons. The good thing about this though is that she can also make it boiling hot for a liquid blade that cab become like a whip. Shields and other defenfe traits can be made with this technique as well, but Chiyo's liquid shield only allows her to stop kido spells up to level 70.
✿2.Pressure Bullet
This technique allows Chiyo to use water generated from her power to fire thin, but incredibly high piercing blasts of water. By extending her right or left hand she forms a gun with her thumb, index, and middle finger and fires it off at will and can even do them in rapid succession to each other. Because the water is mixed with her reiatsu the more pumped into the technique the strong the core can pierce. She even has the ability to blow tiny holes through steel if enough reiatsu is pumped in.
✿3.Clear Reflection
This is a ability in which reishi is pumped into water the either she creates or is naturally around her. As the name suggests the water creates a perfect reflection of her that she can control at will, but even though she can control the movement of the reflection it specifically has no control or usage of water. This reflection is usually meant as a diversionary tactic and can not be destroyed or hurt because it is simply not real and made solely of reishi and water.

Solvo Ability:
✿1.Blessed Rain
This ability creates a large paling of the purest water and reiatsu, and its purpose is to protect those inside it confines up to a Cero Oscuras or Kido level 90. It also causes rain droplets to fall from itself and rapidly heal the physical wounds on All of those beneath its casings. Because it is water and under her complete control she has the strength to Reject those she chooses from entering the paling itself.
✿2.Oceans Soul
Chiyo can control her element well enough to create a large body of water in this form and contain it to a large sphere that she can use to battle in even if she isn't near an ocean. This ability is mainly used for personal bouts with those she finds worthy of her time or training away from an oceans of large body of water.
✿3.Aquatic Scales
A more advanced from of Liquid Skin, but unlike Liquid Skin it is a fine layer of scales that cover her skin so well they nearly camouflage into her skin tone.
Solvo Special Techniques:
✿1. Spiral Bang
This technique creates a large vortex of water within a large body of water or inside Oceans Soul that rapidly and very violently revolves the water, the pressure bullet constantly revolves with it making it along with the occasional water bomb that explodes and brings even heavier damage then before.
✿2.Water Reflections
This technique is an advanced version of the Clear Reflection Technique in which the reflection she could make before and only control movement, can now move of its own will and use technique known by Chiyo herself. This Reflection unlike Clear Reflection takes a physical form and can be destroyed though.
✿3.Eternal Ice
By releasing a large amount of reiatsu Chiyo can freeze a large field by covering the area in water. The advantage of this field of ice is that by manipulating the molecules she can have spikes of ice protrude upward at an enemy up to 10 feet upward in various directions. This also makes the field slippery as it is ice, and yet Chiyo usually puts a layer of ice on her feet similar to ice skates so her speed and mobility is greatly increased. The Ice is also mixed with reiatsu and dense enough to not melt away unless she wills it or dies.
