This is the area that houses Genin for free.
A section of this building is also for Academy students with no parents.This is so that they won't end up in an orphanage even though they have the responsibilities of an adult.
Anyone is allowed to live here but there are some exceptions for those who are more than capable of getting their own house out of this confined district.
If you are a civilian you have to pay full.
Chunin and up delegate 10% of their mission income to the apartments, each mission.

______Gizelle humbly skipped through the streets of Kirigakure, admiring the random homes that lined the streets. She had a home here too since she was a doctor and could easily afford it but things in her home were always quiet. She was the only one living there so naturally it was quiet. She was contemplating whether or not to buy a house cat so that she could have some company in her alone time, but she always struck herself as a dog person.
___Gizelle walked up to a park bench and quietly sat down. She listened to the birds chirp and the wind rattle through the trees. The sight of children also did wonders for her nerves right about now. She was just so confused about everything going on and didn't know what to do right now. Sitting down and taking it all in was probably her best solution.

Three Anbu surrounded Miyami as she walked down the street lifelessly. She was still trying to regain her own mind after that terrible ordeal, or so she believed. Miyami didn't know how to describe what was going on within her own body. "Lookie~ There she is!" Miyami pointed to Gizelle who was sitting on a bench.
The ANBU who were following Miyami merely nodded and vanished into the shadows of the buildings leaving only Miyami and Gizelle.
Slowly Miyami walked up to Gizelle and bent forward, looking deep into her eyes. "I'm not using a Genjutsu, please don't worry. I'm wearing this necklace." Miyami pointed to her neck. Wrapped around it was a choker with a diamond like item encrusted in the middle of it. "This suppresses my chakra so I can't use it. I can to apologize."
Miyami looked around before quietly sitting next to Gizelle and letting off a stretch. "You know, everyone's really nice and understanding here. I thought I'd be locked up for sure! I'm really glad I wasn't... But that's not what I wanted to talk to you about." Miyami looked around only briefly before continuing. "There's a woman out there named Sanami. She's the woman who was possessing me to fight you. She knows some strange custom Genjutsu that when she defeats her enemies, she can devour their unconscious bodies with almost like a puppet mind controlling technique. Sort of like the Yamanaka clan, except she's still conscious. Anyways, whenever she was controlling me, I was able to read all the thoughts she was having... She wants... To kill you." Miyami turned her glance elsewhere, avoiding the scared look Gizelle may have in her eyes. "She couldn't feel the punch you delivered to my face, but the fact that you did something she couldn't predict really made her mad."
Miyami pulled a slip of paper from her bag and handed it to Gizelle. "I-I-I have to go." As she said this, Miyami began coughing blood up. "Give that to the Mizukage." Before Gizelle could say anything the three ANBU reappeared and took Miyami away with haste.

______Gizelle was slightly shocked to see Miyami but decided to leave it alone when the woman began explaining everything going on. If anything, Gizelle felt more guilty for saying such evil words to the woman trapped under a spell of sorts. "D-Don't go." Gizelle had so many questions but it was too late. The ANBU had already appeared and taken her away.
___"W-What's going on? Why would she be coughing blood?" Things weren't making sense but without any time to waste, Gizelle turned and walked to the Mizukage's office to turn this note in.

She she looked at the picture of the man she was supposed to intercept for internment. She didn't know what'd he'd done but she didn't really care, it was her duty to get the job done, and she would. She memorised everything down to the last detail, so she'd know him right away when she spotted him. Even so, to make things quicker, she went up to different civillians, showing them the photograph. 1 // 6
After about ten minutes she sighed. She was getting no leads what so ever, absolutely no one had seen him. She decided to ask one more person, and if no luck, she'd move on to a different location. She walked up to a man with blonde hair and showed him the photograph. "Have you see this man?" He looked at the photo carefully, his eyebrows furrowed in concentration. After a moment his eyes brightened and he looked up to her. "Yeah, yeah! I seen him heading down towards the Beach region." Ryumei nodded geniunely. "Thank you." He smiled at her. "No problem." She quickly took off in the direction she'd mention, down by the beach. Oh God. She hated sand. She'd only been to the beach once before in her life. Definitely not her thing. 2 // 6

______Gizelle walked into the Residential area, that much closer to her home. She knew that things were going swimmingly between herself and D, what she wasn't sure of though was how he'd react to being with a woman again. There was always the possibility of him just choking up and fleeing because he'd never felt like he did before. "He's so handsome and nice. I wonder what I should make him to eat." Gizelle only thought about this for a moment before turning a corner and approaching a rather nicely groomed home. She was never home but her neighbor was always kind enough to tidy up her yard. Gizelle thinks that's because he just doesn't want his house to look bad sitting next to another bad one. "Here we are."
___Gizelle pulled some keys from her pouch and twisted the lock causing the door to open. She then walked in and decided to wait for D to come in as well before she started talking about the place.

Alexander Sai Kirigakure | Raiton Suiton | Seven Swordsmen of the Mist '' Nuibari'' __|------------|__ Alexander walked to a vacant street. He looked around curiously to make sure no one was coming so no one would get hurt.He placed his hands together'' Raiton: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.'' Five clones appeared beside him. he looked to the clones. '' The mizukage has gave us a simple task get the weeds up from this area. Lets get it done and do it right. '' He looked at the clones as they all nodded in agreement. Alexander pulled out three shuriken and the clones followed. He aimed to the weeds and threw the shuriken. As the weeds he targeted were cut down the clones followed his actions and did the same. Alex smiled as the weeds at that area were done. '' Lets split up and met back here in an hour. ' The clones nodded and seperated to different parts of the area and cut down the weeds. Alexander returned to the meeting spot and sat down. '' Man im tired.'' he looked to the collapsed clones next to him.'' thanks guys.'' The clones turned to static that sizzled on the ground. '' Time to go get my credit for this one '' He smiled as he got up and left. ~exit~ __|------------|__
