Kirigakure Bingo Book and Alliances

The Bingo Book is used by a lot of elite Shinobi in order to guide them to targets. Occasionally new threats will sprout up or random ninja will place a hit on someone's head. If you want someone dead then this is the place to put them up at. Just a friendly note though: If you're caught by the Mizukage for putting someone up for hit then your punishment won't be too pleasant, especially if the person is from your own village. You may even be branded a traitor.
If you want someone here then let Le Trainer know through a PM. I have the right to decline any for whatever reason.
Also you'll need an offering amount. What are you willing to give so that this person is taken care of?

NPC Bingo Book entries are requests made from the Mizukage herself. As a result, the reward earned could be almost anything ranging from Ryo to all sorts of items from the shop.
Note: If you accept a challenge from the Bingo Book you MAY NOT live. If you're a Genin hunting a Kage then the odds of you living are slim.
