This is where you apply for a pet. You must read the rules and you have to wait for it to be approved before you can rp with it.
Rules:
1.It can have only 2 Special Abilitys from the list below. Aburame/Inuzuka clan pets can have 2+ abilities. This also counts for the Tamer Subclass.
2.You Must follow code.
3.Pet description must be atleast 3 sentences.
4. 2 pets at most.((Both cannot be battle))

- As a defensive mechanism, Sasha's body can turn into water when struck with physical attacks but it leaves her much more prone to Raiton techniques. (It's an 'in the moment activation' and consumes five chakra per use.)
- Water Claw: An attack of Sasha's that coats her paws in a long claw made of water. She can use this to strike at her opponent. It takes a C-Rank amount of chakra.
- Water Barrier: Sasha forms an orb of water that she uses on herself. It looks like a water prison but she can move around while inside of it. It kind of looks like Sasha is inside a hamster ball as she runs around. This technique nullifies any projectiles and physical attacks. It also can cancel Katon up to a C's Rank. It lasts five turns. (It consumes a B-Rank amount of chakra.) She can also control the ball of water by causing it to create spikes on it. (Much like Gaara's sand barrier.) By doing this, she can attack with the barrier as well. (Doing this consumes a C-Rank amount of Chakra.)

Lastly breathing underwater is a jutsu... so I'd say add a minor chakra cost to that as well or your dog pays like 5 chakra for every 5 posts it is underwater (starting as soon as it gets underwater and then paying again after 5 more posts).

For if she turns into water, what do you mean by 'high-power' katon? Do you want to know the answer for Katon exclusively? I'd say A-Rank is negated by S and S+ still damage her because she'd be made of water and water doesn't exactly catch fire too easily.
Also it's not a form she can stay in forever, it's kind of like a 'in the moment sort of thing.' I'll change it to like a D-Rank amount of chakra needed.

I apologize if the chakra amounts seem low but pets only have half the chakra a human has they'll be my main source for fighting so yeah, I tried to keep them low.

No no you are right, the chakra amount should be low. As for High powered Katon technique, well you are right the water doesn't get set on fire it does turn to steam... Like for instance when Hozuki was hit by the massive demon ball when fighting B he was turned into a barely alive state of being. So when intense techniques like that or Katon based hit her what happens? Does the technique she is using cancel out the Katon technique and she returns to normal unharmed? Does a technique of too high power just instantly kill her? What happens?

Alright well I would add in there that if the technique is hit by a C rank attack fire based technique or Raiton technique then the water jutsu is cancelled out and she returns to normal. If hit by anything less than that nothing happens. If she gets hit by B-ranked or higher then she takes one rank less damage. Does this technique last one post? Like it is used to instantly defend her from an oncoming attack? If so then approved ^^ if not then please add in a post number.

If hit by anything less than that nothing happens. If she gets hit by B-ranked or higher then she takes one rank less damage. Does this technique last one post?
