It is basically a place where you can post what you want to be put up on the voting room, such as if you want a new rule, or something added to the guild then you can post what you want in a topic and the reason and I will more than likely have it up to be voted on!

Exsample:

Subject: I want more cake!

description: I want more cake because I like cake and cake is good like Eevees!

Something like that. Now adding more cake isn't something I can really do, but if everyone wanted cake I would sure as hell try and put more cake!
