Was going to let it go since it was such a small amount and never contacted them again after I accused them of being able to get into my bank account in the future. "We will do no such thing. Once you provide us with information to make the refund your money will be refunded in around 14 days and we will not use or give your information to any third party. " RIIIIIGGGHTTTTTTTTTT...
Anyway, got an email this AM: "Hello Just thought you'd like to know Watagame ApS sent you $6.00 USD." (PP did take .53 as a fee, so wAg "sent money" rather than a "refund".)
Although I still think it's unfair that they based the VIP on gomoney and diamonds and not VIP days left, I didn't have to put my bank info out there. Wonder if all the pressure from everyone didn't beat them down? rofl
Any word from Paypal to you?

I sent them this in return:
"I will not be closing the disputes because the issues with the calculations.
As I said in a previous e-mail, much of my VIP days were BEFORE the fact that diamonds even were out.
"Also, how on Earth can you use Diamonds as a way to determine the amount users get back for refund? Diamonds came around on November 14th, 2011. Any memberships purchased before that date did not have diamonds.
In the calculations, you compared 1480 diamonds on all my accounts. I've gone through all my paypal receipts. For the memberships I purchased on November 14th, 2011 until now on those three accounts, I've only purchased 675 diamonds. That's a MAJOR difference in those two numbers. I'm not asking for top-up refunds because I know I used those. I'm asking for refunds on my remaining VIP days.""

I'm just curious but if by some chance you do find a way to make them refund the actual /days/ you had left of membership would that mean others would be able to get that also even though our models are gone now?

Technically, they would, but wAg wouldn't put anything out there like that. They're too underhanded. You'd have to pursue it and make online complaints on your own. Heck, they didn't even send out an email saying they were shutting down. How about the girls that had memberships that didn't come on during the time they were going down? They'll go back and it's all gone, no notice from wAg, nothing...jerks.
