i like to listen to the Writers' Almanac (is that singular or plural? i am not certain) which Garrison Keillor presents every day on public radio.

so here i will report some of my favorites. and you can too.

today there was a poem about a couple going out to a party but he does not want to go yet will not say so and he makes her so nervous she cannot find anything to wear so he thinks she is making them late... it sounded so much like real life!
