Desire- While not one of the seven deadly sins, Siegfried is a sin, and was created with powers inside of him.

Abilities:
Siegfried's abilities function on one thing. His personal desire. It is from this desire that Siegfried can affect the world around him to the extreme. The abilities have been split up somewhat for better understanding. Understand, however, that Siegfried can freely warp reality as long as he has Reishi to do so.
Siegfried's Desires directly affect reality. The base of the power looks to Siegfried's Heart of Hearts, and manifests each and everyone of his desires, if he so wishes it to happen. As such, Siegfried can do almost anything within the power of his reiatsu. This power has limits, however. Siegfried can only do what his reishi allows him to do. If a being with more reishi was to resist the effects, or even resist the effects with enough will, the effects will not take place. As such, Siegfried doesn't feel the need to push his power, and try to affect opponents with this form of the power.
Siegfried is credited with the creation of the Observer's home dimension. He was birthed simply to function as it's creator. The dimension itself was created by Siegfried's desire to do so. The energy of the Dimension relies heavily upon Siegfried as well. If he is mortally wounded, the edges of the dimension waver, and hollow are created there, out of Siegfried's own desire to strike back. If he was to die, the dimension would collapse entirely.
Siegfried is much older than he appears. This is a result of him hiding his age with the powers of his desire. He realized he was aging, and reverted to a younger form, that of about his mid twenties, and proceeded to add a single scar running down his right eye and cheek. Upon removing the glamour, as he calls it, he will transform into his released state.
Crystal Armaments --
At will, Siegfried can summon both a cystal sword and crystal armor. At most times, he keeps the blade with him.
The sword itself is less than katana length, but it it many times wider. The blade happens to be multiple crystal spikes aligned in such a way as to take a sword - like form. The sword is durable enough to take on blows from a zanpakuto, and sharp enough to sever through most hierro.
The armor has the same appearance and abilities as the sword. It almost completely covers his torso, arms, and legs, leaving his head and neck exposed.
Eye of Truth:
Something that all Observers are capable of doing, by drawing, or carving, or anything similar to that of this symbol onto something by an Observer. It becomes a constantly activated symbol until its somehow destroyed or removed. This symbol allows either the one that created the symbol, people the creator allowed the single to share with, or various monitors in the Castle to view all in the sight of the symbol. This is because these crossed over eye symbol is a sign of the Observers, the eyes meaning that wherever that symbol is is constantly on watched, always being Observed.
The Gateway:
Each Observer also has the natural ability to create doors out of thin air, similar to that of a Senkaimon, however this creates a hole not just through space like a Garganta, but through space into another world, as its own Universe that is only accessible by an Observers Gateway.. This prevents intrusion of other beings into their world, as well as protects the innocent in their world.
High Speed Movement:
Though many Observers are that of a race with a Special Speed ability, those who lack such an ability still are gifted with the ability of High Speed Mobility, which, if they are of a high enough level, can keep up with that of a Shinigami's Flash Step or an Arrancar's Sonido.

Appearance:
Upon releasing his true power, Siegfried's true aged face appears. His crystal armor and sword disappear, reforming into magnificent robes, and a gold plated armor. His face becomes lined with wrinkles, and his hair lengthens, and turns a paler blonde. From his back, burst six magnificent wings. Each wing spans at least twenty feet in total, but can wrap around his body, or fold up to give him less bulk. He gains height as well, now towering at eight feet tall, not taking the wings into consideration.

In his advanced form, Siegfried now has the ability to fly. While not having any weapons, he can fashion his reiatsu in such a way as to make his wing's feathers become bladed edges, capable to severing some of the most powerful defenses.
