The Well

At the core of Freiheit resides the "Well": a gaping maw extending from the ocean-floor, to the upper levels of the largest structures in the city. At the center is a descending terrace, acting as a park and central trade market, while hovercraft and sky-speeders move through the air above. At the top most level of the buildings surrounding the maw, starships dock and receive maintenance. Few lower-class citizens trek through the upper levels, often gathering on the separate levels of the terrace.
