Amongst the great mountains of the planet there is the largest town within 3200 miles, This Dusty and run down town is an urban sprawl, with a poor population, the town is on one side-an mass of old stone buildings culled from the very mountain, and on the other-many power plants and production factories, now in a state of decay.

O.O.C.: Zaki/ Neon________ Keigo_______ Zaki was walking through village, lookin around for something to do. He was highly bored since he hasn't gotten into a fight lately. The sun gazed brightly on him, but lucky for him he carried a umbrella."Sure is hot today..."he said aloud. He saw some of the children playing, while others were relaxing in the sun, by the water side. He was then caught off guard by an old rival'Hyuya Takomi". Hyuya stopped in front of Zaki smiling."Come on Zaki here and now...let's end this rivalry" Hyuya stated. As much as Zaki wanted to fight, he was actually not into fighting Hyuya at this point." Geeez....not now Hyuya" Zaki replied.
Hearing his voice, you could tell he was bored. Hyuya got angered and suddenly spent around and blew a large gust of wind at Zaki. Zaki was quick to respond and reversed it. Suddenly Zaki looked at him"Fine.....but don't count this as me being serious". After saying that, Hyuya was angered even more. He charged at Zaki, throwing his right hand in for a punch. Zaki sighed as the punch came, he guarded it with his left forearm. Suddenly Zaki kicked him five time in his ribs with his left leg, then pushed him into the air with his wind and flew upwards and kicked him in the water.
He easily glided to he ground and sighed"That's over.." he then continued to walk, as he pot the pole of the open umbrella over his right shoulder. ...or Can you Forgive......

Sitting up from his nap in a small waste receptacle in the south side of the town, Raphael Vicious struggled outwards, his long hair falling over his eye's in the process. Raphael was cleary recovering from the night before, something he had taken to doing more and more these days.
Getting to his feet and pulling his shirt up from where it hung against his shoulders, Raphael picked up his rapier, his prized possession, from the ground, the weapon of a gentlemen used by a scoundrel.
It was as Raphael walked out into the street that he saw him, a somewhat delicate looking fellow in remarkably bright attire, holding an umbrella of all things. Raphael did not believe in god, or divine providence, but he knew a chance when he saw one, and so with a smile on his face he approached the gentlemen, unaware of what had just happened by the water.
Shouldering his sword he bumped into the Zaki, for a moment looking at him and saying "Don't I know you?" this was his usual spiel, and so as the man looked somewhat annoyed he continued, "I swear I know you, what school did you go to?" He smiled hopefully, waiting for the man to answer.

O.O.C.: Zaki/ Neon________ Keigo_______ Zaki stopped after being bumped. He looked over to the man that hit his right shoulder. This man looked liked a decent young fellow. One of manner, who also seems to be classy as well. "Hmmmm..."he mumbled. This was a odd for question, yet simple. Suddenly the man asked about what university he attended, Zaki smirked. He was happy to mention"The Grand Noble University." he said calmly. It was only one of the universities he attended.
Zaki then yawned a little, and slightly stuck his right hand in his pocket. He then asked"What about you?". He then continued"I mean you might be familiar person..if I knew the name of the mn asking the question." he wasn't to busy, so a small conversation wouldn't hurt. Plus this man could be interesting, maybe a new friend or old who knows... ...or Can you Forgive......

Raphael's smile only broadened, but was still as false as ever as he reached forward and pulled the man into an uncomfortably hug, saying "Me too!" as he parted from the man his hands made a swift rifle through the mans pockets, when he found no money or valuables, he was very annoyed, but still managed to keep his fake look of happiness
"I knew I knew you from somewhere sir" he said as he turned, hoping that the man had not noticed Raphaels attempt at robbery

O.O.C.: Zaki/ Neon________ Keigo_______ Zaki passed it to be that he was from the same Unversity. As he hugged him, and then withdrew he felt his hand reach into his pocket. Zaki didn't bother since he kept his money on a card which was hidden. He too gave a smile while looking at the man. It ate him up so he had to ask" Sir...if you don't mind me asking?" he then stepped beside the right side of the almost if he was getting ready to go." Why did you feel in my pocket? Are you disappointed that money couldn't be found?" he asked, cutting him down with his looking right. The wind slightly blew around them as Zaki waited for the man answer. No he seen this mans face, he was happy because next time he wasn't gonna allow it. Zaki wasn't violent, just only when it was necessary. ...or Can you Forgive......

Raphael smiled at this, for a moment turning his head up to look at the sky, before looking back down, he then said "Yes, within those pockets I found only disappointment good sir..." Raphael for a moment weighed up his options, he wasn't sure that if he ran this man would give chase, he didn't seem to be the type, but how could Raphael be sure?
Turning around Raphael smiled and said "Maybe I decided to see how much you were worth, but can we let schoolmates be schoolmates?" He raised both his arms, at this, Raphael's ragged shirt opening slightly and his rapier, tucked under his arm as always, now hanging free.

He didn't care much cause this wasn't the first time he was post- mugged. He sighed and tipped his umbrella forward to cover most of his face." Well fine....but please if you have went to my school, then you would know I know you are rich." he stated. He then pulled his umbrella forward and folded it"Also I didn't get your name?" he asked. Zaki emotion was still calm and smooth.
He then remembered he had to be atth market soon. He hate beng late, so he new he was gonna ave bail soon. Plus he had to go to meeting, with a few other Noble family member from other families. He hated them because they were always long....or Can you Forgive......

Raphael moved forward and took Zaki's hand without being offered it, saying "Well unfortunately I was rich but lost my corporation in a terribly unfair little hostile takeover..." turned, putting one hand on Zaki's shoulder and with the other he pointed to a factory, large and imposing, on the edge of town, and said "There it is, my father's factory.. the first he ever built"
The factory was old and rusting, but emblazoned on the front in red writing was the name "Vicious Corporations" Raphael's face seemed to swell with longing as he looked at his old factory, one of the many across this world and others which now no longer belonged to him.
Turning back to Zaki he said "As for me, I am Raphael Vicious, son of Percival Vicious, but please sir, since I couldn't steal your ID, who are you?"

O.O.C.: Zaki/ Neon________ Keigo_______ Zaki paused as the grabbed his shoulder. Does he not know, the capping that he wears is of a Noble Heyake Family. He could tell, but didn't bother to say. As he gave his information, Zaki then noticed. "So...your broke you say?" he said himself. How badly he wanted to believe, he just couldn't find himself doing so. He then looked in the direction at the factory he no longer owned, or his family."Yes I know...it's owned by a great man who own many manufacturing companies here."he stated. Zaki then told Raphael"Fine....though I can't trust you I will help you." He closed his eye not understanding why.
Just earlier he wanted to rob, in return he offered help....odd right? Zaki braced a slight smirk and gazed into the sky. He then looked to the man"I'm Zaki.....Zaki Heyake, of the Noble Heyake Family." he knew helping him would cut into his Noble Family meeting, but missing one meeting wouldn't hurt. Plus he he did hate going to those. He never found them amusing. "Understand....me helping takes time out of my Meeting so please no funny business." he said in a serious tone. It could also be seen and felt in his eyes....or Can you Forgive......

Raphael was ecstatic that this man had agreed to help him, saying "Excellent, We need to go to the factory and take back my father's access codes to his off-planet accounts..." Raphael was glad he had not simply robbed this man, having no idea someone of high moral's could be found on Cyrus 22.
They walked together to the factory, until the finally reached a rusted old door, with a small panel for inputting a code, typing in 4-7-2-9 into the panel, they're was a mechanical cracking noise as the door unlocked, pulling on the handle, Raphael smiled hopefully at the man, saying "There shouldn't been any security around, all we have to do is go upstairs to the office, unlock the safe, and we're done!"
As they walked through a dusty and cold factory, there was plenty left around, old nanochips, machinery and equipment gathering dust, parts for armor and weapons. All of it old and left to ruin. Looking back to Zaki as he reached the stairs leading up to the office, Raphael said "This place never was very nice, but it used to be filled with workers...it used to have a purpose."

O.O.C.: Zaki/ Neon________ Keigo_______ Zaki looked at the man for a moment, before applying to walk with him. He hated the thought of doing, this but really what could go wrong? As they made their way to the factory, he could tell this one hasn't been used for some time due to no security or activity. Leaving at that, he seen him put in the code and this gave more thought"So..the technology here is still up to par?". Zaki was the type to analyze area before he keep proceeding on. He still had little trust in the man, but who knows this man could be serious.
After entering into the factory, Zaki began to look at all the technology. Some of it he knew since he studied in the field of technology. He stopped walking, as he looked and saw some weapons and armor were illegal.Even though it had government stamp all on it."How..could this be" he thought deeply. Now Zaki began to wonder what happened. He then began to follow behind Rapheal some more"So where exactly are we going?"he asked immediately. When Rapheal spoke about this wasn't a nice place, Zaki looked to him and replied"Why so? did something terrible happened?".
As they reached the top of the stairs leading t the office, Zaki began to wonder whats in their. Anything could have rambled off and hid in here. Mostly what type of information was in this office. This factory, was a improtant place at one point. What brought it down, causing it to become so lost. "Only this man who is front of me can give me this type of information." Zaki also noticed the time which appeared on a watch he carried on left wrist, which almost look like a red arm band. The meeting had started, and he knew he was most likely going to get yelled at but what isn't new...ell actually that is new. ...or Can you Forgive......

Michael heard the sound of people coming and moving towards the office he was in. Looking towards the sound of the movement he walked towards the door to the office and opened it. Examining the two coming he recognized both of them. Michael had attended the Grand Noble University, perhaps the only intermediate ever admitted to it. He stepped out revealing the fine shirt linen shirt and black tie he had on, sleeves rolled up and ties loosened it was apparent he had been working in the office. Regardless of this he was rather well dressed and examined the two men as he spoke " Raphael Vicious... Just who I was looking for... And Grand Noble Zaki Heyake... how unexpected. You both do realize your are trespassing on what is now private property..." he said in an extremely refined and almost grand tone of voice. Looking at them both he placed a calm hand on the pistol at his side. It was very obviously a defensive move, the way it rested there clearly indicated he was simply preparing to defend if the attacked. He looked at them both and awaited a response wondering what they were doing in what was now his factory.

He quickly looked down at the man hand, which happens to be on the handle of the pistol" Excuse me Michael Pache...I haven't seen you for a while since our last meeting."he stated. He knew him from some time back, but that wasn't important. Zaki then looked back to him, making eye contact"Have you forgotten, I know you own all the manufacturing companies on Cyrus 22, I was just seeing how far our friend Rapheal here will go, and I will pay any damage or fines that you may want to give."he said calmly.
He hoped this would show Rapheal that the factory is ran by this man, a man of high standards. Though, now Zaki began to wonder what did he want with Rapheal. What would be important"So Rapheal since you are much needed, I guess I can return and leave then."he stated. He slowly began to turn and walk down the stairs, but he paused before he finished walking and looked back"Oh...and Michael...send it to my people Residence....they will understand." A brief smile came about his face. ...or Can you Forgive......

Raphael's face screwed up into an angry snarl as soon as he saw Michael before him, pulling his rapier from under his shirt, he pointed the business end at Michael "Pache!" he spat put angrily, "I hadn't expected you to still be working here you slime.." His words were formed in his usual informal tone, but they were layered with a desperation, a need.
He barely registered Zaki leaving, still only locking eye's with the man who had taken over his business, his slow advance was stopped when he saw the pistol in Michael's hand, and he slowly lowered his sword, waiting to hear Pache speak
