 A repository for all the knowledge of the Nobles over the last 5 generations, inside are hundreds of shelves containing everything from old tomes to the newest datapads, each ready to impart valuable or even lost teachings. This library is one of the most complete and technologically advanced composites of knowledge in the Galaxy. It's faculty and staff work to no end to ensure that it is kept up to date on everything known to man, making it one of the greatest centers of teaching.

Azrael entered the Library through the front entrance, receiving curt bows from everyone who saw him, he didn't even acknowledge them, only moving through the crowd as though they were inanimate objects.
When he finally arrived at one of the many service desks, the librarian quickly dropped everything he was doing and bowed to Azrael. Azrael willed him to get up and then said "I want everything you have on our Laws, particularly in times of emergency"
The mildly scared man mumbled a "Yes My Lord..." and ran off.
When his various documents arrived, Azrael poured over them, looking at every law which governed Silveria Katona, some of the papers were positively ancient, perhaps written before the planet had even been discovered.This made Azrael smile, as he found it hard to find things older than himself. He barely thought of what had occured earlier, his plan simply being set in motion, and nothing else mattered once Azrael had begun a plan, finally copying out a small sentence onto paper "In-The-case-of-an-emergency-military-situation,-all-major-decisions-are-left-to-the-most-an-elected-Grand-Noble...."

A soft sigh escaped Anna's lips as she stared at him with her purple eyes, fiddling with her scarf which hung loosely from her neck and about her bosom which showed her cleavage. "Let me guess, you're asking yourself, "Why isn't she scared of me like the others" Right? well the truth would be I'm not, not even the slightest, you don't scare me or intimidate me, you more of intrigue and poke my curiosity," she smirked lightly as she stared at him longer.

O.O.C.: Neon________ Assassin_______ As he approached, he noticed she was heading to the library. Suddenly he jumped to the roof top. Perfectly landing on it. He use his Heat Sensor/ X-Ray Vision in his HUD to see Anna. Yes this was spying, but he was watching her safety. As he sat there he noticed she went towards a man, who looked Azreal from afar. Suddenly, as she talked, he knew who it was. He could hear the conversation, but stopped after it seemed like a business meeting. He then heard Zhaos name. He wasn't focused on the convorsation much but Zhaos now was mentioned.
He stood up pacing back and forth thinking was Azreal the murderer or does he know who did it. He then got another reading . One of enemy corps has shown up. Two of the members showed up. He quickly turned around looking at them. They was wearing the X-Shadow Suit. A highly advance suit that has plenty of capabilities. Neon ran towards them, and clashed fist with one of them. The other Shadow fighter came in to hit Neon in his abdomen, but fail by Neon jumping back. He quickly brought his foot to the Shadow fighters face, kicking him rather hard. Neon then grabbed him and kicked into another building, which he turned the other. This one looked more experienced but Neon wasn't worried. As they ran towards each other, they began to fight hard. The rain began to fall, but the fight continued.
Suddenly Neon, forcefully summing wind, and surrounded it around his target. Lightning then sparked as then threw his target into the air, shocking him. As the shadow fighter fell. Neon looked. He made sure fell on another building so it wouldn't kill him. ...or Can you Forgive......
....there is always time to change..

Azrael smiled as Anna arrived, sitting back so that his coat fell back from his chest revealing his cybernetic's as she spoke, his eye's studied her as much as he listened to her words, taking in and mentally dissecting every part of her, before replying, his light voice reaching her ears "The truth...Is a complicated thing, suffice to say that I am a Grand Noble like you, and its my prerogative on what live's I take if I feel it in the best interest of the human race..."
He leaned forward very quickly, so that he was now face to face with Anna, before saying "I realise that I don't scare you...but then again, you've never had to work with me, have you?"
He was the enjoying talking to her, apart from the fact that Anna was very beautiful, Azrael loved playing this game with people.

Vigil De Tempus~ Grande Noble Amadeus[ A figure simply melted out of nowhere out of liquid shadows, at first just a silhouette was displayed then gradually the physical features were illuminated in gray scale highlighting the figure to reveal a man then the color filled in to its full extent. The man walked briskly towards the Nobles in the library, he had things to discuss and he wasn't about to discuss it in a place where only superficial issues could be discussed or hardships were not able to be conversed about. The man stopped at a friendly distance from the two nobles who seemed to have already been discussing the issue he had in mind.
"What is this? Azrael? What made it a priority to kill him? Zhao Heyake?" A smile played on his lips...he was slightly amused by this sudden burst of action. Time inched on grain by grain...and bored him with each painstaking second of breathing in this life. But now, something was brewing and something was going to break. It was only a matter of time before things fell apart unless Azrael did something to glue back together the glass he broke...however he didn't seem like he wanted to. Instead a new design could be formed from the broken pieces of the past.
"Greetings Anna..." He bowed in courtesy before resuming his seriousness. What was the reason behind Azrael's actions? Only time will tell.

Anna chuckled, soft sighs escaping her shimmering cherry red colored lips. Her eyelids heavy as she flaunted her beauty in order to seduce him. Her free hand reached for his face, touching his cheek bones, slowly tracing the hollowness of his cheek with a smirk as her index finger changed to her thumb as it reached his lips. Pulling it back, she placed then on her lips as her eyelids shut for a second before the they fluttered open. Her smirk replaced with a sexy, seductive smile, if one were to call such a small thing a smile, though still so beautiful, it complimented her beautiful long lashes and the her hair which clung to her perfectly oval face. Anna's tail swished back and forth as she stared at him with her deep purple eyes slightly tinted black. "Why don't you toy with me and I'll find out.. Just.. How... Scary.. You.. Can be," Anna stated slowly, her lips formed a curve as she spoke, she was totally serious about how Azeral should toy with her. "come on Azeral, I'll be your new toy, but if you think you'll rid of me so fast, I hope you know I can find out whatever you're plotting with a touch," Anna said quite suggestively however, what Anna had in mind was different to what others would've had in mind.

Azrael smiled as Amadeus arrived, kicking out a chair he said "Come old friend, sit down and I'll tell you all about it" he said, wanting to explain his actions to one of the few Nobles he knew trusted Azrael.
Turning back to the incredibly alluring Anna, leaning forward, he reached out and touched Anna's chin, their eye's meeting as he smiled devilishly, then he said "There's no doubt you're as smart and you are beautiful, but I very much doubt a young lady like you could get too much information out of an old man like me..."
Their faces were now close together, and Azrael opened his eye's fully, his slate gray eye's seeming to swirl like murky pools of water, and his near white skin only highlighting his soft features, his lips parted and he said "And as for toying with you my darling...anytime...."

Vigil De Tempus - Grand Noble Amadeus
Amadeus was not surprised by Azrael elusive behavior...he was planning something large then...maybe larger than what he was imagining. When the chair was presented him he happily took a seat, he was quite tired from walking around so much and traveling to different planets lately...there was a lot of unrest suddenly for some reason. Trying to talk to the masses only resulted in the cold shoulder and unwary glares, trying to ask the others only resulted in oblivious looks or snide comments, other methods only gave him a small idea of what was brewing. Azrael however would show him everything though. That was just his nature, he does not hide.
He traced a question mark symbol on his temple then leaned back in his chair. "So...how are you going to explain this one to me, Azrael?" He smiled like he had not seen a friend in one hundred years and just found him again. " It is bound to be interesting." He noticed how close he got to Anna and smirked deviously. "Make sure its clean before you go into a playground." He then caught sight of a mouse and caught in his bare hand. He stroked its back and tickled a little, with each touch its fur grew more aged and then it crumbled to dust.

As the conversation continued, he heard something about plan."What is this plan Azrael?"he asked himself. He squatted down, seeing the three from his HUD. ...or Can you Forgive......

"That's the point, I'm young in every.. Aspect," Anna stated. Her eyes wandering to Amadeus. Smiling at him as to say hello quietly. "Though I do hope you approve of what I offer you," Anna sighed, gesturing to her slender curvaceous bodice before the free hand returned under her large bosom. Slightly fiddling with her scarf as her bracelets dropped to her elbow. Lifting both arms from the table as she began to play with her long hair, pulling it up into an updo, then a plait, finally she left it as it was as it flowed over her petite shoulders. Picking up one of Azeral's books she took it and flipped through the book at a rather fast rate, her eyes left unblinking as she placed it back down and smile sweetly. Her slender fingers running through her fringe as she let it fall down afterwards. "I guess the point is because I'm young, I may be able to do things," she smirked lightly her eyes in hanging as they still had the mischevious, yet seductive glint in her eyes as she looks over at Amadues again. "Hello Amadues, she spoke however then returned her attention to Azeral again continuing with her seduction. "Should I start calling you Master, Azeral?" she said laughing lightly as she glanced at the place of which she heard movement, however when the feline saw nothing she shook her head.

Azrael's interest had been peeked, he saw something in Anna, something familiar to him, he saw a little part of himself. With Amadeus and Anna listening he began his explanation, "We are Grand Nobles are we not? And these are dangerous times we live in, unrest among the other races, hatred for our kind, a war is near my friends, and when it arrives we will need the right person in leadership, and above all else, that cannot be a Heyake...."
His eye's locked with both of his counterparts, hoping he meaning would become clear as he laid out his goals to them, "When a leader is chosen, you can either be on his side, and be very happy, or stand against him, and be very unhappy....If we join forces now, things will go much easier." Azrael was offering them a chance to support him now, and as finished, he leaned back, resting against the hard back of his chair, his chest sticking out as he awaited the response of Anna and Amadeus.

Anna's eyes slightly widened, her breath caught as she listened to Azeral's explanation. "Y-you killed, Zhao for that?" Anna was absolutely speechless, through fury engulfed her body whole as she stared at him. Zhao didn't deserve such a death for that reason. Closing her eyes, slow unsteady breaths exited her cherry lips as she glanced back at Azeral. Heart thudding in her ears. Anna blinked slowly as many a thoughts ran through her mind, though she was sparse in knowledge, she already felt as if she knew everything. Slowly, slowly, her mind, her world was falling apart, only a few words from Azeral's mouth had corrupted her pure, bright world. Her golden glittering city which shone brightly in the evening sky. Anna didn't speak, however it was clear that with her expression, she was horrified, no words were spoke from Anna's gaping mouth as she slowly covered it with her hands. 'Alfred' his name burned, engraved into her mind as she watched Azeral, finally, Anna breathed, a hitched breath as she'd been unaware she had been holding her breath, eyes fluttered closed for a second as she regained her mask, unemotional eyes drowned her eyes of fear as another dry gulp of her own saliva went down her neck. "How sure are you that you're going to be in charge?" Anna said as she took a wobbily step up from her chair, holding the table to support her fragile self. It was clear that she was no longer able to have a will of her own, what with the information she held, as for her eyes, they seeked strength, security, better yet, the seeked for someone to hold her close. Anna wasn't sure whether she'd been allowed to walk free or whether they'd capture her. However she didn't wish to find out, her slow, yet graceful steps were weak as her knee slightly wobbled.

Heart has been hiding in the library for sometime now, he's at the second floor, sitting on a table distance from Anna and the other Grand Noble. Heart was spying, all the time, on those two. He came here only to get information about Zhao's unexpected death, it's too weird to let it go. Heart used his upgraded goggles to spy at the two of them. His eyes misses nothing, but he couldn'thear anything from them. He kept in silence, and watched the whole thing unfolded.
