Contained within the Royal Palace is the Royal Hall, a place of meeting and discussion for the Nobles. It has high sloping architecture and large open windows.
In the back of the room lies three chairs. These positions are typically saved for the High Noble and his/her two primary consultants. This "High Noble" is only elected in the time of war when the Grand Nobles declare a member of their ranks to be their leader for battle. Other times the three chairs remain empty and the nobles line up in front of the thrown in a standing position. The nobles are typically placed behind the Grand Nobles selected to rule over their designated planets, they generally also stand.
