Name: Willow Age: 17 Picture:  Likes (just be brief we will learn more about you as the rp progresses.): Reading Star gazing Writing poetry and novels Cuddling Dislikes: Being pushed into things Questions Heights Needles Bio: Willow has always known he as different. He grew up with mad scientist parents who were always doing crazy tests on him. When he as seven, one of the experiments went terribly wrong and Willow lost his voice. His parents were ashamed of what they had done and sent him to live with his grandparents. Because he's mute he's never connected with anyone, and has no friends. He's also starting to lose confidence in himself and doesn't go out much anymore. Personality: Kind, a man of VERY few words, is very expressive with his emotions since that's his only way of communication. He communicates through written language usually and carries around a white board or a note book. Other info: He's mute (for now?)

Plot:
Willow is in his final year of high school, and no matter how hard he tries he can't make any friends. Everyone constantly teases him because they know that he can't talk back. They'll mess with his stuff knowing that he can't tell anyone about it. And to make matters worse, every month he gets a weird feeling inside him... One that will last for about a weak or two and then disappear completely. He get's a little bit curious and decides to see if the experiments he went through as a child has anything to do with it... only to discover that his parents had infused a 'parasite' in him: A contraption that creates a temporary womb once a month, and the longer he goes without conceiving, the more the parasite messes with his body and if he doesn't conceive before his 18th birthday, the results could be devastating!
A year has passed since Willow made that shocking discovery and since then he's been able to find love. He's had a secret crush on _______, on of his classmates, for a long time (even if he only realized it recently.) He wants to confess, but will __________ accept him for who he really is?

 Name: Than Age: 17 Likes: Reading, theater productions, preforming Dislikes: Strawberries (allergic to them), being asked about his eye all the time Bio: Than has done plays every time he gets the chance, he LOVES being on the stage. Though he was never really open like he is in high school. When he was 10 he was abused by his father and by chance one night his father went to far. He had his right eye ruined and is now blind in that eye. He was moved into another home and is living with a nicer set of parents. With a lot of help form doctors he is slowly getting his sight back in his right eye. He wares a patch over it since it is so sensitive to the lights. Now...7 years later he is finishing up his last year in school and is looking forward to everything.

Loud clapping sounds echoed around Than and the other members of the cast as he bowed once more with the group. He laughed a little catching the large hat he had to wear on the hooked hand he had. He laughed more as the curtain closed and he threw his hands into the air. "I always LOVE closing nights! Just means that we have until end of December until we can do try outs for the next play!!" he laughed a little. He walked out of the backstage with the other cast as he saw the poster on the wall that said 'Peter Pan' on it. He smiled as he took it down and held it close always having grabbed the posters on closing night. He looked around slowly as he looked around. He high-fived some of his friends as they messed with the feathers in the hat. He rolled his eyes as they messed with the feather in his hat. He then blinked a little seeing a lot of people then saw someone. He tilted his head a little, Seems that someone likes to come to the plays...he has to been to everyone for the past year... he thought then he was pushed by a friend and his hook was taken.

Willow's face lit up as the curtain's closed. What an amazing play... and Than looked so stunning... I only wish I could cheer! The theater began to clear out a few instants later, but Willow stayed behind, starring up at the stage. He had always wished he could be an actor, but that dream could never be realized. He shook his head and grabbed his white board from under his seat. He looked around nervously, wondering if he could find Than anywhere. He had never had a chance to 'talk' to Than, even though Willow had been attending these plays for a year no, he couldn't muster up the courage. He sighed and wondered around aimlessly, but the theater was so big that he got lost! After panicking unable to call for help for a few minutes, he wondered right to where Than was taking down the posters. He blushed. Come on WIllow! This is your big chance! He took a deep breath, scribbled something on his whiteboard, and walked up to Thar, taping the other boy on the shoulder. He turned the whiteboard around so that Than could read it. You did a great job up there!

Than laughed a little as he waved to his friends then felt something tap his shoulder. He turned hanging his hook off his belt loop so that he had the poster in his hand. His blue eye fell onto the boy then onto the board as he smiled widely. "Thank you very much. You have made my night..." he said tilted his head a little to the boy. He couldn't help but smile because of the fact that he had someone tell him good job that wasn't by someone he knew that well. He had also seen the guy at all the plays he had ever been in for awhile now. I got my first fan! Senior year or not! It feels awesome! Or could it be a stalker...no....fan sounds better! Man I feel pumped now! he thought as he laughed out some in his head. He watched the boy for a moment as he waited for a response.

Willow's face lit up. No one ever said anything like that to him. They usually teased him about writing his thoughts down, or ask why he isn't talking and then tease him for being mute. His heart skipped and jumped around, but he tried to smile calmly. He turned his white board around and started to scribble again, but this time it was sloppier because his hand was shaking. Calm down, Willow! Even if he is being nice, you can't get lost in his eye! He's gonna know at this rate... He turned the white board around, a small blush tickling his cheeks. I've been to a few of your plays... You always do a great job. I've always wanted to be in drama, to be onstage just once and play a main role... He had run out of room on the whiteboard so he couldn't continue his thought. He blushed again and his shoulders slumped a little as nervousness swept over him. What was I thinking! He's going to make fun of me... Like:'You can't even talk, how could you play a role in a play? Get real' I can just imagine it now...

Than leaned over a little as he took off the hat and the black wig to reveal his pink hair. He smiled a little, "Then why haven't you tried out? I know I can talk the teacher into doing a play were the main character doesn't speak much...I know that there is a few. Or are you just being shy and save your voice up? I bet your voice is really great and you are just really shy in using it," he said as he smiled more at the boy. The smile on his face grew even more when he saw the blush that went over the other boy's face. He didn't really seem to mind that the boy was writing as he looked over when he was yelled at. He waved a little then turned back towards the other boy. "I'm sorry...but I think I was a little rude....I should have given you my name before I started asking questions. My name is Than Richards...and who might you be?" he asked. He gave the boy as small bow of his head as he watched his face then his white board waiting patiently.

Willow's bright expression turned into a deep frown. He dropped his whiteboard and opened up his mouth, trying to speak, but all that came out was a breath of air with the slightest groan to it. He frowned deeper and picked out his whiteboard. I see... he as only being nice because he doesn't know... Willow's expression continued to darken as he scribbled on his whiteboard again. He turned the whiteboard around As you can see, I am mute. I may never be able to speak again... Willow lowered his head and started to write again. He almost felt like crying, but he couldn't dwell in his misfortunes yet, not in front of the one he loves. So it's alright, you don't have to talk to anyone.

Than blinked a little as he watched the boy as he tried to talk as he gave almost a child like frown. "Never say never!" he said as he gave a huge grin to the boy. He saw how upset he was as he stepped forward and hugged him tightly not really minding anymore. "Don't be sad! You will find your voice! I know that it ran away from you but don't worry about it. It will come back to you! I know it will! Trust me on this...something great will happen and your voice will come back. Want to know a little secret?" he said as he looked around. He leaned down a little as he whispered into Willows ear. "I didn't talk for 3 years when I was younger...that was after my eye got messed up. I found my voice again after being in a play...I was just a person that was in the back and pretended to talk the whole time...I found it again and now I'm in all these plays," he whispered then he stood up a little. He grinned even more not giving any care in the world. He didn't mind the boy was mute, he was just happy to find someone that was like him.

Willow's heart skipped a beat when He felt Than's arms around him. He felt ready to explode right then and there, and he was so overwhelmed with his feeling of love that is he had his voice, he would have confessed right then and there. Willow lowered his gaze and wrapped his arms around Than. No Than... I'm not like you... In that accident my vocal cords were so damaged that the doctors had to actually give me a surgery that made sure that I couldn't talk until my vocal chords healed themselves. We've been waiting for ten years and it hasn't happened yet... and it if doesn't happen by my eighteenth birthday, they will have to remove my vocal box... I only wish I could tell you all of this... Willow glanced at his whiteboard and tried to say 'I'm Willow', but again all that could he heard was air. Willow frowned and pulled away from the hug, which was what he was trying to avoid, and scribbled on his whiteboard. I hope you're right... I'm Willow, by the way. I'm a huge fan of yours.

Than turned his head a little hearing air in his ear then smiled a little. He then looked down at the whiteboard as he grinned even more. "It's nice to meet you Willow! And I thought you said that you couldn't talk! I just saw you talk silly!" he said winking at him as he pointed at his lips a little. "You see...you don't have to be able to speak words to talk. You write...that's a form of talking. As well as the fact that you moved your lips saying words. I can read lips...as sign language. I had a friend that couldn't hear so I learned from her. Now..if you give me 10 minutes...I will be right back. I will get out of this custom and we can go and do something. With that...we are going to have fun tonight! Since it's closing night...we are going to party...and YOU are going to be my special guest! Now...wait right here!" He hugged Willow again as he rushed off fast getting out of his custom and came back buttoning up his vest grinning more.

Willow smiled. He knew that Than was only trying to cheer him up, and it made heart heart flutter. He would have laughed, and he tried, but again no sound escaped his throat. That made him frown a little bit. True, he was already used to the fact that he couldn't talk, it shouldn't bother him that he can't laugh either, but he had never had something to be happy about before... This time it was different. He scribbled on his whiteboard again. I've... never thought of it that way before... Thank you, Than. Willow blushed slightly when Than returned. He never thought he would be this close to his secret crush. But if Than knew about me... would he treat me differently?

 Than looked down at the board when he came back as he smiled a little ruffling Willow's hair some. "Nah...no need to thank me Willow. I just state fact....besides that frown that you sport sometimes...isn't very fitting of you. A smile makes your eyes seem brighter," he said as he hugged the boy again. He pulled back after a moment as he pet his hair for a moment then ran his hand over his cheek then down his shoulder. He took the boy's free hand, "Alright then...I think it's time that we go out and eat....did you drive here or walk? I have my car and I'm willing to do all the driving," he said as he looked at the boy. Something felt different about this boy but good and he liked it. He wasn't going to say anything about anything else until it came up. For right now he had just made a new friend.

Willow blushed and hid his face with his white board as he scribbled frantically. W-What? Are you inviting me out? Even though one wouldn't be able to tall that Willow was stammering, since he can't talk, it was obvious that he was nervous because of how shaky his writing was. he blushed more and turned the board around, scribbling something new. I walked here, but it's no big deal. I can walk back on my own... Even though he was scared of being stopped by someone and not being able to scream for help. He smiled a bit to keep himself from frowning.I just got up the courage to talk to him but... there's no way I would be able to stay calm actually hanging out with him! What if he finds out... Willow peeked over the top of his whiteboard and looked into Than's eyes shyly.
