Hello my name is Hitsugaya Toshiro and I will be your new commander and captain today if you wish to join me I will not lie when I say that I baby no one I take it easy on no one I tell the truth when I say that only the serious should join me in this quest and if you have the nerve you will become as strong as your body can handle and more when I get through with you the sky is not the limit.... btw if your rank is below captain and vice captain you can challenge other people for their positions and I will administer this pvp test vice captain will not be given lightly and 1st and 2nd are highly coveted positions I can make more ranks and if a warrior is tired or being a warrior or a medic tired of being a medic they can challenge each other the only condition is you can only challenge someone once every 2 weeks to me that is 14 days if you lose if you win you have immunity for a month than people can challenge you this is a courtesy so you can keep yourself fresh trained prepared and adapted to your position challenges can only take place if administered by me or the vice captain in a hell arena match let the games begin ~Sincerely your captain p.s. you are to respect and obey your captain and vice captain if you feel the need to argue we can settle it but peacefully and organized that is all. There will be squad meeting and training sessions to discuss issues and do group training there will also be a captain meeting in which only the captain and VC can attend

Attention! Today we will be meeting with the other squads you represent me today and I will not tolerate any misconduct carry yourselves in a manner you would want me to see you in and do not dissapoint me.... trust me you wont survive if you do.... bow your heads and on your knees we must address the rest of the captains properly now this is a direct order report to the meeting hall immediatly and mingle and make friends with your new assistants and partners you will need each other to survive no fighting if you must exit do so in a quiet and polite manner and excuse the others rudeness anyone who can do that will have favor in my eyes now go! -points-

Hello clan I am reporting that I have just taken an idea from the vice captains quarters in which you are not allowed to enter unless you are one yourself this is how are matches will be settled in the arena on a damage system
damage system
we have 200hp, and we roll a random number using the dice. When I say roll a random number, I mean like 20-0, what you roll is what you do, so if you get 20 out of 20 dmg, you can hit your enemy fatally, but if you do 1 out of 20 you basically poke them with your blade.
What do you guys and gals think?
the twist is that in the forum the max hp is 100 we will have 200 to lenghthen the match so it's fair when you roll if you get a high number it allows you to have a longer turn and better moves 20 on the die equates to 5 moves and is lethal 10 is 3 moves and medium lethal 1 would be considered 1 move and a minor action anothing in between those numbers is 4 moves on the high side or 2 moves on the lower side each action and move you will make will be described in great detail if you can finish the match before you or your opponent hits 200 and you defeat them you win Well be the judge of that as soon as someone touches 200 and maxes out the match goes to the judges and will be posted as a draw until decided by the captain or vice captain as to prevent a fatality that's how we will play and thats fair that can result in as little as 10 rolls to as many as 200 roles if they were all ones

Men Women.... Unfortunantly we have to let our loving vice go Kitsu-Chan...... that's a good thing for some and a horrible thing for others because now ill be the pretty face you get to look at -glares- hmmmmm but this also means the spot for vice captain is reopened Kitsu's talent has been recognized and she has been promoted to 5th captain..... -looks down but keeps composure- were throwing a good bye celebration here's your drinks here's your food don't kill each other over the rank and I will be retiring to my quarters btw Kitsu's quarters are still sacred and shall not be touched failure to abide by this rule will result in death that is all..... -turns back with watery eyes and walks back to my room-
